college move in day in oxford, so unfair to rate them. had to drop off equipment at a remote lot, but that was easy. Nice person, just a very busy situation.

Went to drop of location requested-was told we had to take to location on paper. Went to alternate location and was told we would now have to talk to offsite lot as that one was too congested. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will think long and hard before using Uhaul again.

They did a last minute "remote lot" at the last minute 5 miles away. Vacant lot outside of town. Too many returns that week from college kids arriving.

Fix the program that allows for when a round trip needs to be changed to a one way. Changes to schedules happen. Doesn't make sense for your trailer or my driving sanity to pull an empty trailer over multiple states.

This was just a drop off lot outside of town. Was perfectly fine but not what I expected!

we scheduled to return to this location, difficult to drive into, they had a large amount of returns so they had a green sign posted if we choose to return here we would be charged $50 more . We were forced to drop off at another location where there was no camera or person working just an empty parking lot in a field. We called the Chevron with concerns that we would not get credit if someone would take take the trailer we returned their response it will be ok no will take it. If they were not prepared for the volume that location should not have been an option to drop off. and a courtesy call would have been nice, we would not had to squeeze out of the chevron parking lot, we would have just drove to the country farm drop off.

They tried to scam us by charging us for a 100 miles distance, while we only went for 10 miles. They also charged $28 dollars for gas. We went back and sorted it out and issued a refund, why do we have to go through this hassle just to be charged for only what we used?

Came to this site and there was a note posted stating we had to take the trailer to another location. They should have contacted me proactively to tell me to select a different location. The lot where we dropped it off was an open field, no one was present so was worried someone could just take it. Even worse, we passed another uhaul location that had plenty of room and would have saved some time.

They told me on the phone they had the truck I needed and they knew I was coming ( had a reservation) - they did not have my size truck. So- nicely- they gave me the next size at same cost. Then at drop off- there were signs that we must turn in at surplus lot a few miles down the road or face 50.00 fine. Thus- we were charged for extra mileage and there was no one at the lot the check us in there to address the milesage issue. I left a note per Larrys instruction- but got charged the extra mileage anyway. At start of rental had been told to return to store- and it was an in-town rental. Busy weekend but that did make drop off frustrating.

The staff at this location tried to change the terms of dropping off the trailer and directed us to an "overflow area" at least 10 minutes away. If they anticipated problems with many customers returning trailers then they should have called or emailed us in advance. They were very unprofessional.

The lady that helped me at Marquis Chevron was AWESOME! U-haul had changed my pick-up location to Olive Branch, MS without notifying me, but she straightened it all out and we got everything moved as planned!!!

Only complaint is that I reserved my Uhaul on 7/24/17. I was scheduled for pickup on 7/30. I received confirmation emails confirming pickup. On 7/29, I was contacted that I'd have to pick up Uhaul at different location that was an hour north of where I'd originally requested. After an hour of calling, and some help from my local Uhaul store, I was able to get things handled where I could pick up from original location in Oxford MS. Lot of hassle on the day prior to pick up date. When I got to Oxford, folks were aware of my problems a day early, and were apologetic and helpful.
