I arrived ten minutes before the location closed. I entered the lobby and explained why I was there. I was told that the office was closed and I would have to complete my registration online. I found that the staff at this location was not helpful at all. They were abrupt, and uninterested. I struggled with located the key and even called the main office to get assistance because i asked an employee for office and he continued to walk away while he answered, the keys are in the lock box. I didn't know where that was our how to gain access. I will not be using this location again.

The truck was dirty on the inside (I have pics). The lift gate was jammed could not open. Called Uhaul customer service. They connected me to roadside assistance. That was a shit show excuse my language. Tameka where to start. She gave attitude in the beginning because she kept asking me was I going to take the truck and use it to move. I asked a very obvious question, how where would I put my furniture on top of the truck. Once she made arrangements with roadside she gave me an eta of an hour. Okay so I said I need to return home I have movers waiting on me. Have the person call/text when 15 minutes out. He did that at 12:43 pm. Then Tameka called and attempted to close my ticket. Again I asked how when he hasn't arrived yet to see if he can even get it open. He said he was 15minutes away. At 1:10 I called the guy back explained I'm sitting in the truck it's super hot waiting for him. Gave him the truck # 2185E. He said okay I'm 2 minutes from you. At 1:20. I called roadside back to complain. As my movers were only scheduled for 2 hours. Explained they could stay long past 2 as they had other customers. Which I explained to dispatch. While speaking with dispatch. The gentleman finally walked up. Got angry because I complained on him threatening to make me wait even longer for complaining. Jarated his body at me while working away still arguing and threatening not to help. Then gave me the f finger went to his truck. The dispatcher at that advised me to make a formal complaint and put the key to the truck inside the drop box and she would make a not that the truck was never used. I have been a loyal customer to this location for years. The treatment I received was indescribable. I blame Uhaul for NOT inspecting their trucks upon return. I will different location in the future. I do NOT spend my money where I am disrespected.

The online pick up process was HORRIBLE. It took almost an hour to finally get our rental truck, an hour I had to pay for and couldn't use my truck. This location is usually great but the check in process definitely needs some work. And the person I had to deal with was also rude.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic I had to complete my transaction outside on my phone. It was cold and rainy and uncomfortable. My wife became impatient and frustrated with the process. However, the sales associate was very helpful and courteous. It was the best experience and the charge was too high. However, I completed my task.

The return checkin process didn't work. I had to return to the facility to have the office complete it.

The phone check in and set up was extremely difficult. I finally had to go inside and just make the guy do it on the computer. When people are rushed for time, as we were, I did not appreciate the lengthy phone work necessary. Some of us do not use our phones for everything and it was more trouble than it was worth. Yesterday time was money because the moving company representative was with me.

The assigned to wasn’t ready the front window was taped still from recent repair I had to get the attendant for that. The utility cart was in the truck for me so I had to get the attendant for that. When I went to get the key out the lock box it was for a different truck so I had to get the attendant for. All this took an additional 40 minutes along with the online registering before I could leave the lot. The first 2 share rentals was fine this 3rd time was not organized

The staff could have taken the time to explain that Th e entire process is self-service. Instead they left me out in the rain and said just pull up the app and follow it. Unfortunately I ended up in the wrong truck and recorded the incorrect mileage which I didn’t discover until I tried to return it. I used the truck for two hours. Attempted to give the staff the keys and asked them they come check the mileage and the gas. Again they told me to go to the app. I received no confirmation. Two days later I was charged for keeps the truck an extra day. This could have been avoided if the staff would have taken the time to assist me. There were no other customers around. I had on a mask and so did they. I’m not sure what the problem was however this was not a good experience

I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone at this time. Moving is much to complication to be serviced through a slow/ tedious phone app. The worst idea ever.

The online check in process was lengthy. My reservation was at 9 am and I didn’t actually attain my UHaul until 9:50. This put me very close to an hour behind schedule. I will say that everyone that I spoke to over the phone was very nice and professional.
