My experience with this U-Haul rental was unacceptable. The information provided at booking and at pickup was inaccurate, and the vehicle I received was not in proper mechanical condition. U-Haul needs to ensure the information given during booking is accurate, the mileage and fuel levels are correctly documented, and most importantly, that all moving vehicles are mechanically safe to drive. Customers should not be put in unsafe or unfair situations due to poor inspection or inaccurate reporting.

I reserved a van and 1 was not available. I ended up with a small truck and had to pay more in mileage. They found my reservation but said they didn’t have a van which was unacceptable.
