The only comment I have is that when a truck is prepped for pick up the back door should be closed when inclement weather is a possibility. When we picked up the truck the hour or so that it had started to snow caused us to have to sweep and wipe up the snow that ended up melting. That was potentially going to ruin furniture that got set down in the moisture OR worse cause one of our movers to slip and fall.

The Lady who placed my order did not listen. I told her I wanted a 17 inch and she charged me for a 15 inch. When I went back in she made my boyfriend walk out and look for a 17 inch then told us they were sold out. She answered the phone right after to tell a customer they had a 17 inch available. She was unprofessional and did not seem to want to do her job. The truck steering wheel was very loose and hard to control and it kept jerking during the ride. I had to drive very slow. I'd never go there again.

Explain the prepick instructons more thoroughly. I wanted the truck at 8 a.m. and had to wait until 9.a.m. when they opened. My email stated I would have the truck from 8 a.m. til 4 p.m. i was paying movers by the hour so had to pay an additional hour for nthinh.

I believe I deserve a $50 refund because the equipment wasn't available at the location I selected even though the web page showed it available where when I needed it for pick up. I had to drive an additional 40 miles and nearly an hour of my time because I was forced to use a different location and didn't have the time to find a better option. Please indicate the size of the ball the trailer being rented requires on the website description and educate your reservation personnel on the ball sizes required. Have equipment ready for pick up. Also the trailer I rented didn't have the wire harness extension required on it, there were items and debris left by previous customer as well as a U-haul hand truck. I needed assistance lifting the trailer off the ground to my truck hitch, the U-Haul personnel didn't offer to help and I didn't know the tongue didn't have a jack! I was and definitely was expecting it to be off the ground on a trailer jack! Not having a jack on the trailer tongue was very inconvenient throughout my equipment rental because I had to disconnect it from my truck several times and in order to do so I had to use my floor jack which was a big hassle.

original location I was booked for did not have a vehicle; someone called me on my way to pick up vehicle to tell me I had to go 40 miles away to get vehicle; spent 1.5 hours trying to find closer location; had to take larger vehicle that used more gas - 5 hour round trip - awful experience!

The store James Johnson rented my truck before I could pick it up. He said my reservation was for 9 am I had told him the previous day I wanted the truck for 9:30. Mr. Johnson called me at 9:26 I did not hear the phone. I called him back and at that point he told he had rented my truck and all that was available was a cargo van which made my move more difficult. Looking back I should have gotten something in writing stating 9:30 but I never expected Mr. Johnson to be so incompetent that he would mistakenly write down the wrong time. This is the second poor experience at this location. Furthermore, Mr.Johnson was extremely rude to deal with. Thank you.

Customer service was excellent the gentalman was very nice, greated me as soon as I walked in the door , the truck was dirty the floor and door areas could have been wiped down but that’s expected because it’s a U-Haul.

Terrible customer service!! The 24 hr automated system to pick up the U-Haul is ineffective, still had to go into facility to pick up only to be greeted by rude reps. Was not given any drop off instructions! Called customer service and was hung up on multiple times. Finally spoke to someone on Saturday night who promised to clear my account free of charge due to a terrible experience, only then to still be charged! Called customer service back, and again rude staff!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

One major complaint about the 10 foot truck. The sun visor connection over the driver's seat was broken, and the sun visor hung down blocking my view of the road.
