They were great. Limited staff but calling ahead helped.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe accidentally chose an in town online and needed a one way and when we called and went to the store they claimed that it wasn't a big deal and nothing to change just to drop it off wherever we were moving. Thankfully we were only 45 minutes away because we indeed could not do that so had to make plans to drive it all the way back paying the extra mileage and gas to do that because they wouldn't just let us or help us change our reservation before they rented us the truck. Such a waste of time and money.
Jonathan WHave a small tablet station people can come up to to enter a request to rent. That way we don’t enter our cc numbers on other people’s phone.
MITCHELL GVery nice customer service!!
Sheryl HThis is an older grocery store and very close to our home. The store needs a thorough overhaul, but that has nothing to do with Uhaul. Drop off was easy and fast! Penny has been there for years as a manager and was very efficient.
