I was expecting a UHUAL store like Apple Valley CA. The young man was very nice. After driving across country and paying over $3200.00 I expected a receipt showing everything was complete. He just took keys and said thank you. I ended up calling the Apple Valley UHAUL to make sure that was normal. She did say yes and that it showed we had dropped off the uhual.

KEITH D.They truck and the inside of the trailer were nasty. We had to clean it before we could put our furniture inside. Even had to sweep out the cab. My husband sent pics. I have never picked up a truck with no fuel in it. Maybe had 1/8 of a tank.
