Customer service at Uhaul was useless. Your system would acknowledge that I picked up the vehicle therefore it wouldn't acknowledge that I dropped it back off. Your customer service department refused to take the readings that I had from beginning mileage and return mileage. I had to go back to the facility yesterday (sunday) and meet the manager, where we finally figured it out. The manager was very kind and understanding, your inside customer service support is a different story...AUBREY H.

My only complaint with the vehicle was it was very difficult to get out of the seat onto the ground. Getting in was much easier. I don't know if a lower running board would help? Major design flaw for smaller men and especially women. The vehicle handled perfectly.CHRIS M.
The service was fine. The brakes on the truck were not good at all. I was also charged a penalty for $40 + another day of insurance. I was to get extra time and forced to pick up the truck early due to the location. I do not want to pay a penalty here.Michael E.

Give customer a 5 minute spill on how the Van works -the instruments, type of gas, etc. Also, the Van I rented rupper on driver side door was not tight and made noise the entire time.Traci M.

What can you do to improve for the customer? Fire the two women that rented the van to me!!! I was falsely charged for a scuff on the side of the van and I feel that the women knew that the scuff had happened by the previous renter, but used me as a scapegoat to cover their mistake. I will NEVER rent from this location again and I may never rent from UHaul again either. I will take this matter to customer service and if I am refunded the damage fee, then I will not use UHaul ever again and will use the equipment of UHaul's competitors. Just dropped off my cargo van at 1050am. The was a sign in the office door "running errands". I placed the keys in the uhaul key box and left. I receive an email just after 1130am with my attached receipt. The receipt shows the time as 1120. At this time I am now charged another days rental. I have tried 3 times and still trying to get someone to answer the phone at this uhaul location. I am happy with the truck and our trip. I am not happy about an extra days charges.KARLA E.

The gas in my truck I rented showed a little over 3/4 full i drove the truck 11 miles and put gas in the truck before I returned it. I returned it after hrs so the next morning I went back to the location to get the rest of my 100 deposit. Melissa the girl at the front desk told me that I was only getting back 6 dollars because they charged me 45 dollars in gas fees. When I got to the store I asked if they had put gas in the truck yet. She said no I asked for her to show me the marker for the gas. I went and looked at it. It was at 3/4... She marked it as under 3/4 ... She said that when she checked it earlier it was under... So that shows they was having a problem with the gas marker on the truck but they did not give me back any of my money.Melinda H.

Your location would not accept my master debit card. I had to leave your location and go to an ATM and draw out funds from the card your location would not take, go to Walmart and have the funds placed on a Walmart card and go back to your location and finish the trailer rental transaction, a very bad experience!!!!MIKE N.
While we did not actually sweep the truck out, we did clean it out. I was down on my hands and knees blowing it out. We could not find the broom after the move and were ready to take the truck back. It was every bit as clean as when we picked the truck up. We will not use Uhaul again. We'll go to Hertz or Penske.LAURA H.
There was a problem with the truck I rented, but it was no fault of the above rental facility. Apparently, during one of the maintenance checks, the heat shield in the engine compartment was improperly installed allowing RAW engine heat directly into the cab. The heat was almost unbearable and turning on the A/C had little to no effect. I was finally able to reduce the amount of heat entering the cab by closing the windows and vents and turning on the airconditioner and fan to high which applied positive pressure inside the cabin dramatically reducing the amount of engine heat entering. You would do your next rental customer of this truck a great favor by PROPERLY installing the engine compartment heat shield before it is rented again.WILLIAM C.
