The location and customer service OUTSTANDIND. The truck itself was very clean. As for driving the truck NO! It shouldn't have gone out. I have my CDL and that truck even empty with the tow off it had problems shifting and would lunge and jerk. Biggest problem was it would have a horrible time shifting gears and it would lunge hard. I had a semi driver ask if we needed help. Why put a 26' truck on the road with more than likely a transmission failure, failed torque converter etc. We packed it full because we needed a truck. Thinking maybe it's something goofy going on with the truck. Oh no it was worse by time I pulled out of the storage facility. Then unbeknownst to me the GPS was taking us down a steep curvy hill and I thought we were not going to stop. I was braking in that truck as soon as we started the descent. I BLEW MY HORN. I barely stopped past the stop sign. I was livid by time I got home. Highly recommend the location. I can't remember her name, Joy maybe? but she was amazing checking rates and comparing. Top customer service. Even though the truck was rough to say the least I still cleaned it and made sure to fuel it. I left my concerns with it hoping it would be looked at.

HANNAH LI recommend only I’m a jam. It’s over priced but sometimes the only option. The lady we rented from was super nice.
TIMOTHY BThe woman at the desk was welcoming, pleasant and very professional. She did not know I had blankets to return when I advised they were in the back of the rental. Looks like they don’t keep multiple units at the location but I would recommend using this place.
