Office staff helped locate U-Haul as not out front as initially indicated. No problem as located quickly. There was confusion as to which cc was to used. The original charge was done online and that was erased when asked if a different card would be used when the U-Haul was picked up. Thinking that the original charge card was in place was not the case when the U-Haul was returned. Suggestion: Have the office staff ask if you want to use the original charge that was used for the reservation. No biggie as all was quickly fixed. Our experience was great and we would use this location again!

I have used U-Haul many times in the past and been very satisfied. However this time I was taken advantage of by the management at this location. I used the truck for a quick, local move, driving only 27 miles. When finished, I replaced the four gallons of gas that I used. The store employee added more gas, resulting in a charge of $22.50. When I went to the store to complain, they were very rude and said there was nothing they could. I may never use U-Haul again, and I may tell my friends, acquaintances, and family to avoid you as well. If I live forty more years, that's a lot of bad publicity just for an extra $20.00.

The only other thing (been holding on the phone now for 9 minutes) is that I see 2 charges on my credit card. One charge matches the receipt that was emailed to me. The other one is for $69.34 and that is why I have been now sitting on the phone waiting for a person for 10 minutes now. BTW: the message doesn't say how long the wait will be nor does it give the option to have you call me back.

Uhaul when called prior to picking up the equipment provided different information on the drop off location. When picking up the equipment service was very slow. Equipment was good and performed okay, but I would consider using another company next time for our rental.

Tires had all the wrong pressures, there was no instruction to make sure I knew how to tie my car securely, and none of the lights were checked prior to leaving facility.

I was supposed to return the vehicle to another location on Alafaya Trl. The address of that location was impossible to find and there was no sign visible from the road or from the gas station on the corner where I stopped. The attendant at the gas station said people stop by all the time asking for the U-Haul Rental location but she had no idea where it was! This location needs to erect a sign. I drove down the road about a mile when I saw the U-hau sign at Expert Car Care-2. I left the truck there. They were very nice.

The customer service was very unprofessional and rude! Not only that when I turned in the truck they over charged me on the miles. Now I have no money and have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back! Just had a horrible time with this location. I will never go back or recommend anyone to go here. They were so bad that I am actually writing a review and I never write reviews!!! Please do something about this place!

The sale person was overselling the insurance protection plan on rentals. If I read my current car insurance policy it covers every vehicle I choose to drive. I feel he was very miss leading on this charge. Also, I received the vehicle with less than 1/2 tank of gas and I'm still being charge for 1/2 tank of gas. This charge was also misleading. These extra charges add up for a person just picking up a new mattress from Costco.

Upon arrival at our reservation pick up location, the staff quickly acknowledged us. They seemed friendly enough, found our order, but then told us that the truck we had reserved was not there, the previous renter hadn't returned on time so they had no truck for us. They told us they would call dispatch or traffic (can't remember) and ask if it was ok to give us the next truck size up for the same price, if not they would have to send us somewhere else. They acted like it was no big deal if we had to leave and go elsewhere. While we waited almost 20 minutes for them to call whoever they needed to, they told us we could have the same price for the next size truck. Ok, great, we would be on our way. Well then they told us that they didn't have the half dozen furniture pads we had reserved either, that some guy had taken 48 of them to Tempe, AZ and they didn't have any to replace them. They made it sound like when we turned in the truck just let them know what happened and the $5.00 would be taken off our bill. We later learned upon dropping off at a different location that this was not the case. We basically had to call our pickup location and negotiate a return for the charge with them. I decided this wasn't worth it to have to deal with them again. When it was time to select our drop off location, the U-Haul center in our drop off city was not an option (why offer it on the U-Haul website if its not an option during the reservation then?). While this isn't THEIR fault, it is the fault of U-Haul, if your entire network is connected, and every rental is based off of supply and demand inventory, when making a reservation, the locations selected for pick-up and drop off should be firm. People pick their locations based on mileage and how far away they are from their location so as not to add unnecessary mileage charges to their total. So this was frustrating that we had to pick a location an additional 5 miles down the road, which doesn't seem far, but it was still aggravating. Anyways, back to the pick up location. We selected our new drop-off location, and upon completion of our transaction, the man helping us said with a shrug, well looks like you don't get a receipt either, system is down, oh well. Let me go get your truck. This was incredibly nerve wrecking. I had no proof of ANYTHING that had just taken place, and basically had to go on this man's word that our whole rental was ok and in place. Very unprofessional. There should be a contingency plan in this type of scenario. Renters need proof of a contract and I had nothing. No email was sent to me, the only thing he gave me was a paper stub with the license plate number of the truck. He did no walk around the truck with us, we had no proof of what damage was done before we took possession of it. I understand not everything that happened at this location was their fault, but we were extremely put off by the way we basically were told "oh well" every step of the process.

Expert Car Care is a top notch facility, and I don't believe this is their shortcoming. However, The vehicle smelled like human urine inside and the tire pressure monitors were randomly giving false positives,... I do not believe this is a location issue. Procedures need to be put in place to catch these items that may go unoticed during a classic return inspection/once over. They should be encouraged/required to take the vehicle f/a 2~5mile test drive upon its return which has a better chance of revealing what I experienced. Again, Expert Car Care 2 is a top notch facility, and again, I don't believe this us their shortcoming.

I got the truck with 3/4 of a tank which I pointed out to the person at the counter. He told me that I would be allowed to return the truck at 3/4 of a tank and that would be fine. I came back with 7/8 of a tank of gas and found on my bill that I was charged $8.08 to top off the tank. It’s not worth fighting to get back $8. I returned the truck with more gas than I started with and then ended up paying more because someone should have filled the tank up before I picked it up or the person st the counter was being dishonest. I will not use this particular dealer again or recommend them after the overcharge to my account.

first time ever to receive such a bad service ! chose a location got a confirmation and then it wasn't available had to pick up from different location, charged for 2 days after being informed that its confirmed that I won't be charged because wanted to drop at a different location and the lady confirmed I can and then when I got there I wasn't able had to go back to original location and was informed that I won't be charged by representative !!!
