Counter person was not knowledgeable about Uhaul. He used my phone to help but entered a return to same location after an hour trying to rent a truck. I asked for a one way rental and had to drive it back 45 miles to them and charging me an extra $45 for mileage plus my cost of wife following in our car to take me back home which cost us gas for an extra 90 mile round trip.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulLocation didn’t have a way to rent directly, I had to go through the app which was such an underwhelming experience - the app is very buggy and it took an eternity for them to accept picture of my driver license after 10 tries
KHUSHHAL JLet me know in advance that the Hand Truck/Dolly that I ordered was not available so that I could make alternative plans.
