Three issues 1. My tank didn’t show full yesterday I had to return it full 2. The rep. Jumped in and when pulling it up to me with no gloves 3. I told him I was moving to Pevely Mo. And he booked me at another location in Imperial Mo. Which thru my mileage short.

He told me that he gave me two extra days and that is why I was charged so much and then at drop off I had to pay even more and I think that is crap. He told me I had paid up until 03/13 but then I had to pay another almost $90. I’m not a happy person

It was fine. Got waited on fast..got the van...brought it back in 90 minutes...checked out and went home. Would rent again.

It was very high per mile considering the fact we only went around the corner and had it back less then an hour. Also we kept trying to keep the arrow on green to save so we were going 20 miles an hour. Good thing we only had it less then an hour because it would've be to expensive. Other then that everything was good. Customer service very friendly

Reserved a 15 ft truck. After checking in and was about to check the truck, I got a call saying my 15 ft truck is not available- basically it was double-booked. Was put in a 20 ft truck, which looked like it went 4-wheeling thru mud. Was told to “top of the gas” but when I got in, there was only a 4th of a tank. Had to purchase blankets too - would have nice to have them comp’d due to my inconvenience.

Pick up was fine. Truck was fine. I didn’t really like having to help do a safety check on the vehicle when I returned it though. Not sure I’ll return to U-Haul in the future. Penske doesn’t ask for this help.

I wasn’t told anything about the truck or asked if I had any questions when I picked it up. The guy essentially pulled the truck around, tossed me the keys, and ran back inside.

I have rented here before and had good experiences, however this time the truck had such a strong odor of cigarettes and marijuana. Driving in that truck was close to unbearable, I don’t mind the weed but the cigarettes almost chocked us. If we weren’t on such a short timeframe I would have taken it back. The truck was disgusting. I’ll, think twice before I rent from UHAUL again.

I booked a truck online a month in advance and was sent to a location to retrieve a truck that I couldn’t drive because the lockbox which held the keys was broken. A technician said he would come and remove the lock, but I would have to wait an additional 35 minutes when I had already been there an hour. I left and went to another store. I got a truck, after arguing with an incredibly rude phone representative who refused to change my reservation to the other store. I could hear her manager telling her to hang up on me in the background. To top it all off, U-Haul double charged my credit card and then had the audacity to tell me I’d have to wait several days for the charge to be reversed. This was the WORST service that I have ever received and I will never use U-Haul ever again.
