This is not a counter pickup location, despite the app/website saying so. There is no one at this location. On top of this, after spending nearly an hour on phone with U Haul, trying all the combination locks on the lock boxes, none of them had the keys to the truck I rented. Had to get into the key drop off box and then the key was inside there. My pickup time was 10AM and I was there at 10:20. The truck was in excellent shape, but the pickup process was incredibly frustrating.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe location is directly off of Rt 36 between Delaware OH and Marysville OH. Parking the truck is a challenge. There was no place fior my wife, who was following me in her car, to park her car safely and wait. Getting back on the highway required us to back out of the drive onto a busy 2 lane highway. No recommendations for improvement.
Robert CDrop off location is too tight. We had difficulty in parking the 26 footer uhaul.
Ranga AThey need to get some outside lights there. I mean, I had to take photos of the truck in the dark because they have no outside lights and it's dark dark out there and he needs to check like the oil in that truck because it was like ticking a little bit. I don't know if that's just how the truck is, but I'd haven't checked the oil in it to make sure.
Robert CNot a great idea for you guys to change the pickup location last minute and then make it in the middle of nowhere. That's a danger to my safety.
