I reserved my Trailer at a location in Oshawa at Tom's food - on Nonquon. When I arrived with my reservation number, and noticing no trailing in his small parking lot. The kind man advised, he isn't sure why they keep sending people there, as he has no room for such trailers. I then was informed if I go to the main on On Taunton, that they would have what I need. Now, I was 10 minutes late for my reservation. When I arrived at the taunton/Wilson Location, the lady behind the counter was overwhelmed for 10:20am, I was 3rd in line. I asked her about the issue of sending me to Nonquon, then not having the product needed. she said, she as nothing to do with the delievers - She brushed me off - I was already 30 minutes late for my reservation - I wanted to get going. I reversed to find the trailer 4 prong connector broken, the young man was great - fixed it in no time, and I was on my way. Customer service could have been better - brushing me off - Not caring that I wasted 10 minutes at another location, due to false advertising - I didn't get the item, I wanted at the location I wanted - FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE.

The pickup on Friday was lined up to the door. When you know when you have more scheduled pickups you should try and have more than one person assigning out equipment.

Pickup was smooth and easy. Drop off took forever! Long line. Would have been much faster if the finalizing of the bill was done outside on a handheld (receipt was e-mailed).

If you have customer you gonna ask if you have a dolly or not so that your customer they provide early. Our first time to took a u haul that’s why I have no idea that why my first time it’s hard to move without a dolly but so far good your truck is clean and spacious. Thanks

Not your fault but people dropping overnight park like morons. Makes it difficult to even get into your lot. Perhaps ask large trucks to park in the dirt lot at the back? Also - if I return early, there is no discount? I’m thinking next rent I should rent only 1 period and just keep it if I need longer. If I tell you I may need it 2 periods, I get charged that even if I keep it for 1.

The wiring harness broke which left us without any working lights on the trailer. Attempts to have this repaired prior to our trip were unsuccessful, even after calling several local U Haul Dealers and the toll free number so we had to purchase temporary lighting to use the trailer. The U Haul yard where we rented the unit was helpful during the initial transaction, but customer support when needed was impossible to secure,

I had to wait in line for an hour at the oshawa uhaul to pick up my reserved truck. There was only one person at the counter. My reservation and the guy at the counter told me I had 260miles in distance for my rental but when i returned my truck i got charged for over milage, when i only drove 208miles.

Was not impressed that when we picked up our trailer what we ordered was not available eventhough we checked twice to ensure it would be and were told yes. We had placed our order about 2-3 months in advance.

In the back of the truck the fuel pump lid was missing screws on one side and my daughter caught her foot twice on the metal. My son twisted his ankle because the lid goes down when you step on it. We were lifting heavy furniture. It also ripped two sealable mattress covers that we bought from uhaul. You also need more staff for bringing the trucks up to the front for the customer. Uhaul overworks the staff that they have. Not impressed at all.

Trying to pickup the truck on the day I scheduled took far too long. Waited over an hour in a lineup listening to everyone complain as they waited. There was only one teller and I feel they need to review their process. At least two or three tellers for the first two or three hours that are the busiest! You would make a lot of your customers have a better and complete experience.

When I booked on the phone I was promised the truck for 1 and a half days. The clerk at the Uhaul location was curt and lacked empathy. While I can understand that August 31st is an extremely busy day for moving, the clerk made no attempts to solve the problem. All in all a very stressful and disappointing experience.

Must always make sure equipment is in working order. Wasn't until the night that I realized the trailer I rented had no body lights. Very dangerous to pull a trailer that way at night

Have rented here many times and have always found staff to be great. Was disappointed to get trailer home to find it full of discarded cardboard boxes and clearly had not been cleaned. I understand it was very busy time but inside should be checked.

When i rented the vehicle there was no gas in it and the oil light stayed on the vehicle was not shifting and it needed to be boosted 3 times

The process of paying for the trailer was quick but when I went outside to get the trailer the one person responsible for helping me hook up the trailer was very busy. We hooked the trailer up ourselves and waited for him to check it over which took about 30 minutes. Not good. My suggestion is have more staff available to pitch in a help customers when it busy.
