poor parking and owner was pouring at me when I returned the vehicle while his tech and other customers of his seems to be around I requested for 8 hour on my invoice came back in 5 and half hours but owner seems to think that I would come back in 20 mns. It took him 40 mns to get the car out for me including verification. I don't know how I can pick up uhaul truck, pick up stuff and drop off, and drive back, all in 20 mns yet when I tried to explain he just simply didn't want to listen saying well it's not going to change anything. That part he was right.. it wasn't going to change anything. I told him I'm picking up supplies and they are in 20 mns from his location, then I need to drop off material and come back. Not 20 mns for the total trip. I have other options for uhaul such as 4 hour window. I wouldn't choose 8 hours for 20 mns use. I think he is a great guy, but he seems frustrated, I think store simply doesn't have enough parking for his business and U-haul, yet he probably want uhaul b/c its bringing new clients. It's not my business but he needs to understand parking issues will continue or simply list it on the web no parking or specify time for parking to minimize conflict with future customers if uhaul allows. I was pretty embarrassed as he was pouring in front of his tech and other customers and didn't give me chance to explain, he didn't care and he was right it's not going to chance anything. I will not recommend this location if you have to leave your vehicle. I apologized to him for misunderstanding and simply left. Hope he finds a solution, I've been to neighborhood uhaul before and I always ask and left my car during the use but this was the first time I was getting yelled at plus in my mind I came back 2 hours earlier so they can rotate it's use. I know if I request 24 hrs rates are the same but trying to accurate as much as posable for business benefit. anyway. Hope things will work out. btw vehicle(truck) was clean and was good condition.
