Took us 2 1/2 hrs to pick up a 5x8 trailer. More training! First was emailed and told they switched location and rental opened at 9am. Got there at 9am the boss didn't get there till 10 so other personal did not know how to give us trailer. Boss lady got there still having problems with computer had to call higher up to get through computer. Just was very complicated having to take so many pictures of hook up to car. Horrible picking up. Also was never told we needed a lock for trailer had to find a dollar store down the road to purchase that! Would have been nice to know this ahead of time! Personal were very nice just took to much time to get this info should of been done way before getting trailer!

I had a great experience with Sunbelt Liquidation. They made my U-Haul rental process extremely efficient, fast, and easy from start to finish. MAURICE POperator was asleep when I got there, truck had 150k miles and 1000% crooked alignment it was most unenjoyable 150 miles I have ever drove truck should be retired from service
NICHOLAS FWheel alignment was off and had transmission shifting issues. The location did not have a proper waiting area. Their internet connection was too slow. It took 45 mins to process rental.
