Overall the worst experience so far with your company I have been a loyal uhauk customer since 2010 or 11 which I have consistently used your service for my move and even recommended a few friends and family member but that stops today first off the truck I rented for 24 hours headlights were not working when I called customer service to take of problem roadside assistance took too long so we returned truck only to find it that I’m being billed for full 24 hours when I had to pay others to help me move which I had to still compensate after that I am being told by a rude actin manager at store saying hat it’s not his fault why 4 adults couldn’t figure light switch out in truck which I think they may have fixed before I returned inquiry about refund also it has been over 24 hours since I contacted store to speak to general manager whom seem no way interested to even here my concerns so good luck and good bye u haul you shall never catch my card in file with your company again you might as well delete my profile while at it



I was over charged and I returned the equipment that's when I found out it should have only cost me 25.00 dollars not more for one way.

I went through the registration online and it told me to go inside to get my key. I still had to wait for 15 minutes while other customers were helping. And overall - U Haul is a rip off. Paying for rental, AND miles, AND gas?? RIPOFF

When dealing with a person the customer service was excellent. However, upon arriving at my destination they advised me I had exceeded the "allowable miles" by 22 miles and owed and additional $9.96. To deliver the truck to government blvd from wilmer, al. was 32 miles. I delivered it there thinking since it was closer to the interstate it wold be easier for you to return it to florida. but then found out it makes no difference to you where I turn it in. When I rented the truck you did not have one near the location(semoran blvd orlando, fl) that i needed so I had to drive 24 miles out of my way to Orange blsm trail in Orlando to get the truck and then go back to semoran blvd to load it. 48 miles extra for me but since I have always been a U Haul customer for over 30 years 15 of which I used your storage I just accepted the change not realizing you would be charging me extra mileage. (Yes I know it is in the contract) The $9.96 is not the issue it is the principal of it. Hertz callled and promised me a better rate than yours but I stuck with you. so lets recap I went out of my way 24 miles at pickup location and 32 miles from my home in Wilmer to your location on government blvd even though I could have returned it within 10 miles. I also returned the truck (a day early) believing that I was doing you a favor getting it back quicker so you could get it back ready for rental. Now comes the "computer customer service" doesn't matter if the customer returned the rental a day earlier or was making an effort to make things easier for U Haul "the program says miles allowed 586 and customer went over 22 charge him). that is just fine but know this YOU HAVE A LOST A CUSTOMER WHO HAS BEEN YOUR CUSTOMER FOR 30 PLUS YEARS AND THERE IS "NOTHING" YOU CAN DO TO CHANGE THAT. When the final customer service your customer receives when he turns in the vehicle is from a "computer" it is time to SAY GOODBYE.

We didn't go in as we did an after hours drop-off. We had trouble using the online form to complete our drop-off but the customer service call center was very helpful in getting us out of there so we didn't have to come back in the morning. I called the location the next day and the associate that I spoke to on the phone was helpful about letting me know that he would send the receipt for the drop-off soon. I received it within 5 minutes after that.

The place where I picked up the uhaul truck was very far from my house which added more miles to my mileage the customer service I've received from the uhaul on Gore and orange blossom trails was the worst. I've never been treated as such the two guys 5heir was not pleasant or friendly they never went over the uhaul truck .

everything was great, only comment is the Van AC may need some maintenance. During the drive sometimes stops cooling and it went back again. But everything else was great, the reservation process very easy, the follow up and the courtesy of the employees at the counter was great.
