Location is not best part of town.
ALEJANDRO GHad to go to another U-Haul location in Altamonte Springs, a real U-Haul location. Had to exchange the truck for a bigger size, at this location I was very happy with, they even supplied me with the blankets and dolly that I had already reserve when I made the first call to reserve the truck. I was sent to the AL S Food Store - very unhappy not only with looks of truck but location as well.
Consuelo TPaid for a uhaul with a hand truck. There wasn’t one in the truck as the gas station owner (after finally opening his store close to 9) took the key out of the drop box from the night before and handed it to me without even looking at the truck. The back door was open so there was a homeless person who slept in it and the whole back area smelled like pee so bad we didn’t look before we drove away. We went back to the gas station for our dolly and he rudely stated he didn’t have one and I could cancel my reservation and get out of his store. We ended up driving down the street to pick one up.
