Better signage
John P.Drove to drop off the truck the evening of the 14th only to find out the gate was locked and no provisions for afterhours drop oiff. Had to drive home and then back AND THEN they charged me for gasoline which would NOT have been used if we could have dropped off then.

Melissa S.Pick up location was a bit strange, I had to go to a farmhouse beside the u-haul rental. But it worked out. The unit was not cleaned I cleaned it after I was done.
