If this is a physical store location with a staffed employee, have it be easier than self check in/return. Or make it more apparent that it’s Self Check-in Uhaul instead of other verbiage

Ryan DService was poor, parking was nearly impossible, and I was charged after hours fee despite using the terrible app.
daymon sThe attendant was outside smoking a cigarette. When I asked him for help, he point to a sign and said to use the QR code. He went inside and locked the door. Very unhelpful and rude.
Daysha LThe app messed up my pick up instructions, providing me with a code to show an employee, instead of the self service lock combination and number. This resulted in me having to wait 25 minutes into my pick up time to get a hold of someone who provided me with the right info.
