I was charged $25 because the blankets I borrowed were not folded by the time I returned the truck. Absolutely insane and no one expressed the need to have the blankets neatly folded. It’s a rip off and I will be calling corporate. This is abuse of customers credit card and similar to fraud....

The uhaul app is the worst. It was such a fight to get a truck, And the self service drop off took over 45 minutes due to the app not working. Overall it was a terrible experience.

Prices could be made clearer at the start, including all add ons. I was given a price, but when the total due was more than expected. Openess in pricing, include taxes and insurances in your adverts.

I had to extend my uhaul 1 day, and called in and was told it will just be another $29.95 I said great thanks, then had 2 more charges on my account one in the amount of $60 and another for $24 on top of the charge for $170 when I was originally quoted $130 tell me how this works?!? The manger really messed up and I’m not happy!!!

Nothing. This location is friendly, exceptionally clean, professional and wait time was at a minimal. I rent a storage unit hear and rented a truck to move again. My storage unit is clean and no bugs. Thank you Phyllis and all her co workers. It's nice to find a place that caters to it's customers in today's world. A+++

reservation center person on phone seemed confused about return location, twice mentioning the wrong city of return. A lot of background noise made conversation difficult, sounded like a daycare school

The woman manager at this location needs a serious lesson in customer service management. I made a reservation and along with making that reservation the person I spoke with assured me that I could use a cash deposit for the pick up truck because I had a very large bill coming out of my debit card the next day. I could not wait 3-5 business days for my deposit from uhaul to be refunded. When I went to pick up the truck, which was being used locally within 5 miles, I had everything that was needed together, cash deposit, dl license, reservation confirmation. John was ready to give me the truck and the manager said I couldn't have it, because it was a cash deposit. I explained to her that the reservation was already confirmed and they assured me i could use a cash deposit. It's was on my confirmation email. She said "Nope you can't do a cash deposit" I told her that it was confirmed and offered to show her the confirmation, but she just kept saying nope can't do it," she didn't offer any help, just pretty much said no and that was all. I then said I would like to speak with the manager, she said in a very condesending manner "I am the manager" so I asked her who was her manager. Thankfully Tom was there who happens to be her manager. I had to go get him myself and ask him to please help me. He came in and gave me a box truck instead. The fact that she didn't even offer that box truck to me and knew that she could was ridiculous!!!! When I got back with the truck they tried to charge me $53.00, saying I went 50 miles. I had that truck for about 30 mins max. I went 6 miles!!!!! So they had adjust that. If I hadn't said anything they would have got an extra 25.00 and also tried to charge me .89 a mile instead of .59 a mile. I should not have had to pay anything extra for the company's mistake. The whole experience was a disaster. I have always used and recommended uhaul but after that type of treatment, it has turned me into a very unsatisfied customer. And for the record the manager Tom also needs a little more customer service relations as well. He helped rectify the situation but acted like it wasn't a big deal as far as how I was treated by his employee. I feel like they were trying to get more money and if I was not as observant as i was, they would have gotten it. Extremely unhappy with this location.

I was checking prices a week or two before the move ,,,was told it was 166 then called back later & the price went up to 206 ,,I asked why the difference and the man said because it's closer to my move date ,,,,really ,,,left bad taste in mouth ....

Took over an hour and a half to pick up a trailer that I personally went and set up the day before. One older lady dealing with rentals. I’m handicapped and use a cane. All the parking spaces were filled with your rental trucks.

I was not asked if I wanted coverage protection. It appeared on the screen with a hollowed circle, I was careful not to click on it but was still charged for coverage. I did not realize it until after I returned the van and was told there was nothing to be done at this point. It seems like a cheap way to get people to get coverage without knowing. You should really ask your customers if they want coverage or not. I thought that the hollow circle meant I did not select it, but it was just the style of the bullet. Not pressing it still meant I was being charged for it since I clicked "Next". Also when we got there to pick up the van, the lady behind the counter kept answering phones and talking to people even though there was a line forming. Someone even walked out due to that. At one point she even called someone and told us to wait. I usually have a good experience with Uhaul until I came to this location.
