We came to return equipment at 445 location to close at 5. No one was there at 445 and doors locked . We parked our equipment and left . At 8 pm we got a notice that we need to return and we had to be at location or we will be charged . We were extremely upset as we were at an important dinner . We left dinner to go outside to call and explained . This was unacceptable practice to make client feels like they did something wrong . It was a waste of time and to be upset in the middle of a fancy dinner . Please review your policies and procedures and not let another person experience this nonsense . Thank you

Mark was nice, but he didn't have blankets even though I reserved them and didn't seem to care that he didn't have any. He mentioned to check and make sure everything looked good, but I got home and realized I didn't have the dolly. Again, I'll take some responsibility because I didn't check, but normally, the employees I've experienced in the past walk through with me. He was also on the phone for a while when I walked in handling some business that seemed to be important, but it was just a little unprofessional. I was also charged for two cycles because I turned it in after hours. This was at 4:30pm and Sundays are earlier days. That's sort of a bummer because I used it for less than a full day but got charged for two. I already tried to handle it via chat. We'll see if the refund gets approved.
