First, my original reservation was canceled by uou and blamed on me, I had reserved my truck a week in advanced. I had to make a new reservation but, when I called I was told that, the truck i wanted had already rented for that location, so I had to travel 9 miles away to keep my new reservation. I went and rented and as I was driving in the freeway, the driver side mirror flew away on to on oncoming traffic, I had to pull over as quickly as possible, putting my life and other lives at danger. I reported it to road side assistance in which it took five hours to fix the problem. I had rented a storage before this to put all my stuff there, by the time I was on my way, they had closed so I had to rent a new one that was open till later. When I got there, I only had an hour to unload, in which I didn't finish but had to drive back all the way and make a stop at my friend's house to unload what was left, then drive all the way back to Ontario to drop off the truck, and still got charged the whole amount. This caused me so much anxiety and my mental stress was all over. I demand a refund, for the rental and my storage that, I had to rent because of my delay which was your fault. I am thinking of suing your company, for putting my life in danger and emotional distress.

That was not the first place I had a reservation at Xpress and they did not have my reservation I was then rerouted to this place which took care of my needs
The call service serving U-haul initially misquoted the capacity of the trailer I wanted to rent by over 1,000 lbs. stating it was 600 when actually 1,600. She caught her error and after one more got it right. Unfortunately last week when I rented a 26 foot truck the person that quoted me just under 5,000 capacity (actually 13,xxx) didn't catch the error which prompted me to rent an additional trailer to cover my load needs. When I learned the actual load capacity after returning the truck I called to have the call reviewed so I can be compensated for the call centers error but apparently it's not recorded for some reason. In fact uhaul was unable to verify that I had made a call in reservation entirely. I have the email. This will get exposed to the fullest extent possible to bring as much attention to U-Hauls poor management. Your not stealing my money Uhaul. I did have to use another trailer which this review is regarding because of the failure the week prior when I rented the large truck. I'm wasting time, I wasted my money, and the thing the burns the most is that when I first called in about this I was told in so many words well I should have checked other resources for the information. If I can't rely on your call center to provide information while considering which rental I need then this company needs better management and training so these costly errors cease to continue. I never looked at reviews about U-Haul before this and it is clear it's a train wreck waiting to happen and every customer eventually gets hurt in the end. I've used uhaul 10 times in the last 6 months. If my second request for acknowledgement and assistance is denied by the President of Marketing which is where this case is headed well you'll definitely never see a dime of my money again. I'll pay more money and spend more time just to never pay into this company again.
I was charged for mileage I have rented on multiple occasions before and never been charged for local mileage before?? requesting this to be disputed.
The 20 inch truck is a junk that would get stuck on 3rd gear, had the engine light on, wasted a lot of gas and the service was very horrible all the times we called it was more than an hour wait. Ended paying over $ 400 this people are profiting from this piece of junk. Is not right.
Equipment was fine but the entire rental process was very poor as follows: Background: I reserved a 6 x 12 trailer for pickup at 03:30 on 06/19. I arrived at the office at 04:00 and no one was in the office. Waited about 10 min and still no one in the office. I called the numbers on the U-Haul business cards in an attempt to contact an employee and it rolled to voice mail. Finally after about 15 min of waiting an employee walked in. 2. After the reservation process was completed, I attempted to hook the trailer up to my hitch and was told i need 2 inch ball (I had a 1 7/8. So they suggested I rent the 5 x 9 trailer. Then I went back in the office to update my contract and they assured me the contract was updated with the correct trailer and cost. 3. When returning the trailer the following day, the charge was for the 6 x 12 trailer, not the 5 x 9. So went back into the office address the issue. Waited another 20 min because there was only one person in the office and the customer they were servicing was not prepared. 4. Finally when my turn came I explained the situation to the employee and he wanted to know why my contract wasn't updated. I told him I came back in the office at the original rental time and was told my contract was updated. Then I was interrogated again...when did you rent the trailer...what was the size...etc. The employee appeared upset because he informed me that now he was going to have to reverse the charge and recharge me at the new rate. I apologized for the issue (even through it did not appear to be my fault). This process took an additional 30+ min. So the return process took close to an hour.
Everything was fine. Eric was exceptionally helpful when I returned vehicle.
I will never recomend u haul truck was dirty they false advertised.the. lady did not explain it charged by the mile.i was very disapointed. R
Better cleaning and sanitizing. Clean windows and mirrors. Walk around with employee. On line check of equipment is ridiculous.
Please update your systems and hire more staff. Your employees were great but they shared that the technology they use and your website is outdated. Also hire more people,I waited over 25 minutes just to pick up a reservation and I'm not exaggerating.
I rented a pick- up truck yesterday around 1:00pm, Brought it back around 7:30-8pm. Returned it in with no problems to report. Today not only was my credit card charged for two days, it was also charged $331.53 for damages to the front fender. The problem was that my card was charged before I could see it or had a chance to explain. I had to go up to the location (Ontario) and ask the manager to check the picture of the last customer who had rented it. The previous renter had Submitted pictures that show the damage. The manager said he would reimburse the charge for the damage. I think you should have your managers do a little more investigation, before they charge on somebody's card. I come to this location often and never get rude service until today plus the girl at the front desk gave me a vehicle that had not been cleaned and had a very thick layer of dust on it. If I didnt have workers waiting I would have gone back in. I let the attendant know about how dirty the vehicle was and he apologized and was polite. I will come back to this location as usually I have no issues here.

i am very disappointed with this location, rented a enclosed trailer, returned it 10 hrs later and was charged a "after hrs fee" cause the location closed at 5:30pm that day. so if i only rent for half day does that mean i only pay half price? customers should read every little line on there contract ( the small print) never had this problem at any other location
The price that you charge for mileage is too much For local destinations a 1.09 is way too much for each mile
