Better directions on how to pickup and drop off. Was confusing. If you told people to go directly to wall of keys and when dropping off be sure that they know to take a picture of dashboard before locking truck and returning key.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulLove the convenience of this place, and the parking lot is big enough so it is easy to maneuver the vehicle there.
JOANNE KMake sure you make it clear to customers that they MUST have the U-Haul app on their phone or it is a hassle picking up the vehicle on a Sunday. Took 1 hour to take care of what should only take 15 minutes.
Donna DThe guy who helped me earlier was super nice and helpful. I really appreciate it
Alfonso HMy only complaint was they advertise plastic wrap at this location and when I got there it was no plastic wrap ☹️
