I have already recommended. My brother came up to check out the storage. Everyone here treated me like I was there number one customer. EVERYONE! They made sure I was comfortable with the truck I was renting and made sure everything went smooth. I was very impressed with this whole place. It was very very clean and I could tell the employees take pride working for Uhaul.

Please make sure the cab is clean and the windshield on the inside is wiped down properly. Lots of finger print marks on the inside windshield and the floor had dirt all over it.

I did an after hours pickup and return. It was frustrating and confusing. I don't understand why most of the pickup process (e.g., taking a photo of driver's license) was not part of the initial scheduling and checkout process. I was frustrated to have to do those things in a dark parking lot alone. Also, finding the key box was not obvious after hours. The lot was large, dark, and mostly empty. My vehicle was located a bit far from the key box considering all the empty parking spaces. The parking lot was dark and I could not find the switch for the interior lights of the vehicle. That made my initial inspection difficult. The mobile pick-up didn't allow for more than one inspection photo. I could not record all issues with photos. I also initially purchased a mattress cover. However, I would have had to pick it up during store hours. I don't understand why it couldn't be put in the back of the vehicle with the furniture dolly. I didn't even notice that I had to pick it up in store until I discovered it wasn't put in the back of the vehicle. Returning the equipment was also confusing. There were multiple signs and arrows pointing to a return lane, I assume used during regular hours. However, parking in the lane would have blocked one of the entrances since there were other vehicles in the lane. According the the mobile return, I should not do that. The mobile return suggested parking in the return lot. There was no indication where that would be. Plus, the greater parking lot area had faded lines. The lot is so huge, I was not confident where to park so that the vehicle would be easily found. The mobile return process does end with taking a photo of where the equipment is parked. Had I known that, I wouldn't have worried where to go as much. I ended up parking in the customer spaces near the main entrance. Since the lot is huge, perhaps designating specific after-hours return spaces with obvious signage would be helpful.

The trailer was not ready, the light wire was missing. The chain was worn through. We took these off another trailer and the light wire had been drug on the ground. I hope they changed the front left tire as it was worn. The inspection to make equipment ready needs to improve.

Only thing that was an issue was that the furniture pads and dolley were strapped inside of the truck, and I did not need them and did not want to break the straps and reposition them and face paying for something that I didn't use. Aside from that, 10/10 service.
