A $20 truck that I kept overnight and drove 12 miles ended up costing me $90 with gas.
Susan D.The location is very impractical with no space to park and difficult to find. Your agent is doing her best to provide good customer service in very sub-par circumstances. There's another U-Haul location less than a block away, but it didn't have the kind of truck we needed.
