I made a reservation almost a week in advance and had plans to pick up a truck at another location that was staffed. I had to spend time on the phone coordinating pick up at another location that was not staffed. Due to issues with the app, the camera on the app and the lock, I was delayed for quite some time the morning of picking up my truck. I used the chat service a few times. This put moving my son back to college behind schedule and affected my work schedule. To save a little time when dropping off the truck later, I chose not to replace the few gallons of gas we had used. I asked the gentleman at Mullin Motors to make a note on the account about my situation, in hopes that U-Haul would at least wave the gas fee. But no such luck. Other than the truck working and getting us there, the experience wasn't great.

The gentleman that was in office that day I arrived was kind and wonderful and communicative. I appreciate this location’s help with pivoting as well- I had gotten double booked for a 10 foot truck, and this location set aside a 15 foot truck for me at no extra cost. Turns out I needed the 15 foot vs the 10!! I’m extra thankful for anyone involved in helping me out on June 1st :)
Hannah CI was overcharged and emailed and never heard back. I returned the dolly and furniture blankets but was charged for the full price of them, and not the rental price. I need a refund.
