I paid for a dolly and there was no dolly in the truck. I also got charged an extra 130 dollars because the app messed up my mileage.

Nick at the Rental Pick Up location was great. But... that was the 3rd location I was sent to... not including the very convenient location that the original reservation was made, that was switched the day before pick up. What I thought was going to be a very quick pick up turned into over an hour of running around Omaha before getting to the final location.
Timothy SConveniently located with a good inventory, but there wasn’t a uhaul person onsite. Handled transaction on the app.
GUY ECustomer service was incredibly rude. We came in with questions for return and were literally laughed at and told to drop the keys in the locked box. Were unable to complete the return as keys were gone and photos were required for return. Had to return to the business for closure of encounter and request the truck be opened again. Again were met with rudeness. Wouldn’t return to this location.
Pierce GClean the interior. Prior renter ashed in the driver’s door card (storage) and left behind used plumbing p-trap. There was sticky spills in the cup holders.
