I will never in my life use u haul or their equipment the outrageous pricing is robbery. I returned the truck on a quarter tank and they said it wasn't. They were not even in office when I had to pick the truck up. Thank you for making my life more miserable and putting me more in debt.

Maia YThe location was listed to open at 9am and I arrived there and had to call U-Haul to change my order to mobile pickup. Went through that process and couldn’t get the lock open. Ended up having about an hour talking on the phone with unhelpful tech support. Fortunately the lady from the business came and helped me get it open and then I was able to get on with the checkout. Also did not receive a dolly or furniture blankets and the back of the U-Haul was dirty, covered with leaves.
Jonathan PTraffic was a little fast on that road but other than that it was ok and easy to get the keys. I would say that previous renters should be mindful and fold up the equipment so that the next person can use them. When I looked into the back of the truck, the moving sheets/mats were all over the place. Overall, the truck was great! I got done with all of my moving in just a day and a half. Thanks
