Solid contractor location. Really nice folks. Good parking access and professional. Totally, normal U-Haul. Good customer service and easy to work with...recommended

Timothy MThe storage loft person helping me was really nice and he apologized for the truck situation. However, here are the two big issues: The truck wreaked of smoke, and that made anytime in cabin terrible. Unfortunately, it was not disclosed that a previous person smoked in the cabin. Additionally, the truck was returned completely empty, and I had to drive it off the lot and immediately fill up. This was disclosed. No real problems with the location or staff helping me, it was the equipment.
Peter ANot only was the dispatch location in Fremont (attached to Napa) super easy.. even when I had to move my date up without much notice. The clerk took care of me with no complaints. No real issues. The drop off center at Storage Loft in Omaha was also super awesome. My almost 74 year old dad was helping me load and unload and as much as he wants to help, it’s hard! I got a bit more time gracefully to extend my use of the vehicle so we could knock it out with ease and not get heat exhaustion. I really appreciate everyone. And Adam at storage loft for being so helpful!
