The location was extremely rude and unprofessional. I went to pick up U-Haul truck and Clerk was snatching my identification out of my hands and practically threw the tablet used to sign for the rental. If they don’t want to provide U-Haul services then they should not have taken on being a rental location.i would never rent from this location again
DIAMOND MThe U-Haul had broken glass in it, and I paid for rental of a dolly and a furniture dolly and neither of them were in there.
Zach MThe location was hard to see from the road and was incredibly unsafe. I do not recommend it as a drop off location. I would have paid the fine for changing drop off locations rather than risk dropping off as a female.They had trouble disconnecting the equipment and were not helpful. Strongly do not recommend.
Susan FOn the app I ordered the 8’ pick up. When I got there they gave me a the big truck. I told him it wasn’t what I ordered. He said it’s fine just take it. Now I’m out $150. Never using again.
