Very bad place. He lies. He is not truthful. He took our U-Haul and let someone else use it for 7 days after we dropped it off the 19th of may 2026!! Dishonest... dirty...not lit at all. All in the dark. Dog barking incessantly...very poor service!!! Never again!!!!

George WThe place was closed. We left it there and took pictures like Uhaul ask.
Diane BCompletely abandoned location, no one answers the phone at this location, it is closed when it is supposed to be open. Made my reservation at the U-haul customer service number and when I arrived to pickup the truck there was nobody there! I had a hard time contacting customer support to help me, after a long wait I was finally dispatched over the phone, then when I finally got the boxtruck I immediately inspected it and took several pictures of it before driving it to protect myself from being blamed for the poor conditions of the equipment, I also took a picture of the Fuel gauge to make sure to return it with the same fuel level Later that day when I returned the truck there was still nobody to receive it, I placed the key inside the keys mailbox as instructed by my dispatcher and I tried to call Uhaul to let them know tgat I was returning the truck, but nobody answered, I took pictures of the truck and the fuel gauge when I returned it and after 30 minutes of trying to contact uhaul I left 3 days later on 09/30/25 I received a call from the lady that dispatched me on 09/27/25. She said that I rented a boxtruck and I had not returned it yet. And at this time I became very disappointed with them because I did return the truck that same day, the fuel gauge was at the exact same level as when I first got the truck and I have the fuel receipts and picture of the gauge at the time I returned the truck as proof of it. Now I received an email trying to charge for 5 gallons of fuel stating that the fuel tank was empty and that is a fraud! I’m seeking for legal help at this point because it is not fair for me to pay for the incompetence of the people that works (or at least is supposed to be working) at this facility
