Fix your application for checking in .that process is complete crap and it makes you re do the steps over and over and does nothing but not work right

Pamela BEliminate Self Serve rental sites. Way too complicated. All the photos should be taken by U-Haul employees or agents. Pickup was strange. All I had was an email. Worker at site had to call someone to find out how to get the keys. Once I had the truck, it went well. I downloaded the app later that day and got more confused. Drop off took almost a half hour due to all the questions and photos required. Please simplify and have employees or agents who are trained.

FRANK HWhen I opened the back of the truck there were moving blankets thrown all over towards the front of the truck. Now this was my first time getting a U-Haul but I did not order any moving blankets. I was confused but when I went to return the truck it asked if I broke the green seal on the moving blanket box. I was also prompted to take a picture of the inside of the truck bed/box when I was returning the truck. Why was I not prompted to take a picture of the inside of the truck box when I picked it up? Through the site I went, there is some dishonesty going on. There were moving blankets all over and I was not informed about any moving blankets that were suppose to be n the truck. A lack of transparency.
