I was completely frustrated with having validated the rental, driving 6 hours to get the trailer, only to find out U-Haul would not release the trailer due to their system not verifying the drop off address when I was verifying every last detail prior to my departure. U-haul should have discounted the rental due to their frustrating system and causing my delay.

Personnel there was helpful and said not to worry about anything of the concerns I brought up and that they would handle everything. Even though it was after hours, they still assisted me.

JOHN KThe location was FANTASTIC, very kind and welcoming! The app and online portal were very poor. I wasn't able to use either option for pickup. I was able to get through to u haul via phone. I was hung up on once. Possibly by mistake but sadly, I didn't receive a call back to resume my check in. I had to call u haul back and start over with a different representative. After 40+ mins of calls, luckily the owner of this location saved the day. His business hours were closed up on check in, which I was made aware of prior to rental. Your website and app both need major improvements!
