Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI had reserved a 15 foot truck. Apparently one was not available so you gave me a 20’ truck which I did not want or reserve. Then when the truck was returned I was charged for a 20’ truck. I didn’t order it. It was for your convenience not mine so you should refund me the difference in what you charged me.
Wendell PThis overall experience, from the original on-line reservation, to the conversation with the regional manager, to the assistance and support I received from Taxi Taxi, specifically JOSH, the expert was fantastic. Highly recommend U-Haul and this location. Will definitely use these services again.
