Our reservation was for a 9am pick-up and the office was closed and locked until almost 10:30am. This was unacceptable as we were on a tight schedule. We also requested and paid for a hand dolly rental and we never received that either. Lastly, we finally get into the truck to leave and realized it only has about 1/4 tank of gas. As you can tell, our experience was less than ideal and lacked professionalism.

The parking spot I picked up tue 26 footer is very small. It was much easier for me to back into it than it was backing out cause of all the poles. Please consider backing in so it's easier to pull out going forward.
URSULA LI was told no one would be at this location to return the truck take it to the location down the street Arrived there to be told they don’t have room for it was told to take it to a THIRD LOCATION where they did accept it then I received a receipt for a WRONG DROP LOCATION for $277.00 fee COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE have used U Haul many times NEVER had to deal with anything like this Moving forward I would have to really think about doing business elsewhere
