Started with wanting a cargo van, saw on website it wasn't available so booked a 10 ft truck. Got a call thy needed to change to 15 ft van and reserved this. Arrived yesterday morning, parked next to 15 ft van and worked though app to get a note to call U-Haul rep. I did and was told that 15 ft truck that I was standing next to wasn't returned, I shared that it was there but was then changed to a 26ft trunk. Mind you I really just wanted a Cargo van. Fine. They swap it to the 26 ft truck. I check in and go to get the key from the box- empty. Call back with longer wait now. They say to try the other lock box- no luck but the keys to 15ft van is in there. I get transferred 3 more times, explaining situation each time. Finally end up helping check in the truck for the last person and check out for me. Huge headache.

Second time I've rented from this location and everything went very well.
Joseph SDropped off without incident or human interaction. Didn't see any "Elevated Auto Sales" sign, but there were other U-Haul trailers, so I assumed I had found the right place.
