Y'all had me turn the equipment back before I was supposed to you didn't give me the whole 24 hours. I picked the truck up around 2:30 or three y'all have me returning at 12:15.

I reserved a 20' truck @ the U-haul Center in Oakwood. When I called about picking it up, the location they directed me to had no 20' trucks. Also, none of the locations had appliance dollies even though I was being charged $15 for one. When I called the center back about the 20' truck I reserved, they said "you already picked it up"...?! So, I had to cancel that reservation and get a truck from another location. Mitch @ McEver Self Storage in Oakwood was wonderful! He was so nice, accommodating and professional. I give the experience 5 stars because of him and the nice customer service @ 1-800-Uhaul. Just impeccable customer service. Thank you.

William KCheck engine light was on. No appliance dolly was provided. Lo ation reported they dont have them. Pick up should not have been with them.
JASON FPaid $30 extra for gas when I put the tank back above the line from when I initially got it.
