Person that I spoke to on the phone was very nice and very helpful. That being said I did a return after hours at this location and it was very sketchy. They location is not good for night time drop off as the area is not that great. There was also not a Dropbox that I found to leave the key so I left it under the gate which seemed not good. I am sure during the daytime the location is great but for night time drop off it is not ideal.

Alexander R.TLDR: Van was dirty, parking around the location is unsafe and location didn't have the equipment I ordered. Parking was poor and in a bad neighborhood so I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car there for long while using the moving van. The van wasn't swept before I used it and overall was not clean. Location also didn't have the furniture dolly I ordered making my move harder than it needed to be. I tried to get straps to help instead, but the rep was unwilling to make any deals even though they failed to get my proper order with a furniture dolly.
