This was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul. I had to dispute every single picture showing the condition of the car. The car in very bad shape. The people that were helping me were very rude and had terrible customer service.Ismail D.
I will never use U-Haul again on account of its "no availability advisory". It is absolutely insane to make people wait until 48 hours before they move across the country to know if they even have the equipment. I'm sure you know that when moving, one is forced to make numerous exact commitments: to their ex-residence, to hotels on the road, to new residences, and yet somehow, according to U-Haul, we cannot expect what is expected of us and instead we have to put up with with this flimsy policy that makes a difficult task infinitely more stressful. If I hear that you intend to change this policy I may consider hiring U-Haul again as there is nothing wrong with the equipment or anything else, but until then I will on principle avoid them.Matthew C.

I picked up a truck on Thurs. 6-10-21. The manager assisted me with my rental he was very professional. On my return I entered the store and was confronted by a staff member who told me they we're close we are counting money. While I being escorted out I asked to speak to the manager who was assisting another person out in the yard. After waiting 15mins the manager came out of the yard and checked in the truck. I told him how un professional his staff had been and maybe more training will help. Also told him that front door was unlocked when I arrived at 7:05 pm five mims. after closing.RONALD P.

I scheduled to pick up a truck on sunday, at 9pm. Which the website stated thst i would be able to at this location. When i got there i checked in but there was no truck. I sat in the parking lot for 3hrs on hold with customer service just for them to tell me i had to come back at 7am the next morning.. My time was wasted. I am very upset about this i would never recommended this place antone .and i dont feel i should have to pay the remaining balance because o wasnt able to pick up the truck ob the day i really needed itRACHAEL M.
This Uhaul Store lied about the initial fuel amount in the truck when I rented it. A Uhaul representative told me upon returning the truck that the initial gas tank reading was 7/8 full, but it was less than 3/4 full when I rented the truck, and it was 3/4 full when I returned it. I took a photo of the gas meter after traveling a short distance from the store because the business seemed "shady.". When I returned the truck, I had to haggle with the Uhaul representative for 10 minutes about the actual amount of gas in the tank. Finally, I showed him my photo of the gas gauge, and the agent told me to pay for two additional gallons of gas. The contract's gas gauge was highlighted using a wide-tipped yellow highlighter with a circle that extended from 1/2 to 3/4 tank, different from the 7/8 full tank I was told when I returned the truck. If a black or blue pen were used (like in all contracts), the gas tank's initial amount would have been more precise, and I would not have has any problems when I returned the truck.TERESA W.
The lady at the register was very rude bc I asked her some questions about the trailer. When I cane back to return the trailer She drove a uhaul truck by me on high speeds bc I had some trouble backing up the trailer and also the guy receiving the trailer got mad at me bc of that. He told me that if I didn't know how to back up with a trailer that I shouldn't be coming to rent one again. That is very disrespectful to tell that to a costumer.David T.

The openings and entrance to the uhaul lot was a little bit difficult to find and use based on the traffic and road pattern patterns. Once I entered the facility with my truck and trailer it was perfect. They were so fast and easy with their inspection and drop off paperwork i was really shocked at how fast the drop off could be.RONALD K.

Getting to the location was sketchy. When I walked in I was not greeted. She was helping someone but did not even acknowledge I was there. Didn't even get I'll be with you next or hello. The man that came in that did help me was very friendly and nice.Samantha G.

My order included a tow dolly. As I was packing the truck, a neighbor asked if my car was in neutral. I said no, it's in park. I learned that if I'd traveled from Oakland, CA to Seattle with my car in park, the axle could have broken and my tires blown out. I WAS NOT advised at pick-up to put my car in neutral. My BIGGEST complaint however with u-haul are the over an hour wait times while on hold. Completely unacceptable.Julie N.
