Everything went well but you get absolutely SCORCHED on Milage. I will NOT be using UHaul again
Drop off felt a bit hectic, as I was just told I was "all set" and that I would be emailed. There really wasn't any staff around to talk to, just people rushing about so I felt weird about leaving it without anyone checking it out.
Customer service was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. I have used this location twice and would highly recommend.

I want to thank manager Leon. He was great to work with and was helpful throughout my experience with renting at UHaul.
My agent was very respectful and helpful. The other agent working with him was not wearing a mask and seemed put off when a customer asked him to put one one to help her. When I returned the vehicle, I walked in and there was an elderly couple at the desk getting help. The Agent was not wearing a mask, although the couple was both wearing masks. He told me he would email me my receipt and before I left, I said to the agent that he needed to put a mask on and he shrugged me off. I said it again and he said something about how he had it on earlier. I reminded him that he was supposed to wear a mask for his customer's safety and not his own. He seemed disinterested in my concern for this elderly couple that was standing on the other side of his desk. Very disturbing.

Location is grossly understaffed. Employee was doing the best that he could. I had reserved a trailer online the day before. When I arrived to pick it up , it was buried in a snow pile from a storm over a week ago. He broke his butt shoveling it out and I assisted in pushing it out of the snow. Buy a snowblower, hire more people and give this gentleman a raise. Shame on you!
The truck's tires were out of balance so bad that it gave me blurred vision. If I had a fragile cargo I don't think it would have survived.

Check engine light was on right when we picked up the truck, truck felt like it was stuck in gear , the drivers door wouldn't shut completely which is really unsafe , and when we went to return it it wouldn't start right away , even when we told the staff members at U-Haul in Norwood they had a hard time turning in the truck.
I know this is Covid season. And the representative that I dealt with was very courteous and professional. My only issue is that I waited in line long enough to pay my movers $110 an hour. My appointment was for 9 AM And I left U-Haul at 9:47 AM. I ended up going inside because the U-Haul app did not function properly. Every time I signed in it threw me out stating â€œyour session has expired.â€ When I tried to call no one ever picks up the phone that is listed online; there's is an automated system that continuously speaks a recorded message with no resolve. As stated previously there was no issue with the representative. If it all possible I would choose a different service just to spare myself from the aggravation.
Horrible experience. I booked it for 8am contactless pick-up, and I showed up to have no truck waiting for me. There were no keys in the drop box. So I had to come back after 9. Staff did not apologize for their error, they were not wearing masks, and could care less. Also, the truck was piled in behind another truck so I was further delayed because they had to move the other truck. The fact that staff were not wearing masks during this pandemic is reason enough for me to never use uhaul again. Incredibly unprofessional
Overcharged me for the fuel. I used truck for only 28 miles, before returning I put 3 gallons of gas in the truck, then on the receipt I noticed that I was charged another $5.25 for 1.5 gallons. So, are you trying to say that 4.5 gallons needed for 28 miles? That's 6.2 miles per gallon!!! If that's true, I would never order such trucks again.
Uhaul has the best variety and availability of equipment, but the staff at every location needs significant coaching, They don't acknowledge customers when they arrive, they never smile, they move painfully slowly even when there is a long wait, they don't apologize for the wait, none were wearing masks during this time of pandemic. This has always been enough of a problem at UHaul that I would quickly use a different company if I could find one close by with the same equipment availability.
