At no time is it ever a good experience in my opinion to rent from Uhaul. I have been renting form this location for over 15 years and only do it out of necessity. The last two times I rented here I used the advance check-in feature to skip the line and still had to wait in a line. There never is enough employees at this location to support regular rentals or advance rentals. What is the point of checking in in advance if you still have to wait in line and check off all the same boxes at the kiosk that you just did an hour before online. Pointless and frustrating. If Uhaul truly wants to be a better experience figure out the busiest times and have enough people working. Plain and simple.

Everything was fine with the location, service and the truck itself but for ONE BIG PROBLEM: no one ever explained the refueling fees, so basically I feel I was ripped off big-time to the tune of about $50. Thanks a lot, U-Haul.

Safety came into question today. I wish I could attach a photo. In the short time I had the rental truck today 2 people (one at Costco and one at the gas station) pointed out how unsafe the rear tire looked. The tire rim was completely bent and rusted. Upon return to UHaul the man told me they Were aware of the rim and I would not be responsible for it. This truck should be repaired immediately before there is an accident.

Awful service from UHaul, I made my reservation online and confirmed over the phone on Sat morning. When I arrived to the pickup location the staff mentioned that they did not have my van available, that they had only a local van and that they could not give it to me. The pickup location staff went with us to a nearby UHaul office where we spent more than 1 1/2 hours clarifying the situation with Uhaul on the phone and finally I got the van at the pickup location. I WANT TO RECEIVE A COMPENSATION from UHaul for all of this mess, which caused me a lot of delays!!!! On the opposite side, the pickup location staff was extremely helpful, they really provided as much help as they could, much appreciated!!!

I went in to inform the manager after hooking up trailer that the tire on the trailer was flat and the employee was putting air in it, I asked him to note that in the system so I wouldn’t be held responsible for it, he went out to see what was going on instead and told me I was good to go instead, trailer shuddered and shook the whole trip but otherwise did it’s job, the trailer did however have an issue with the lights that got me pulled over by the state police, the lights went out and while I was trying to figure out the problem, I wiggled the wiring on the trailer by the middle and the lights came back on, I had an issue with the lights 2 more times after that that was fixed by wiggling the harness, I informed the U-Haul dealer when I dropped the trailer off

I was suppose to get a credit for $45 but that never happen. When I came to get the truck the fuel tank suppose to be in a quarter tank but was empty. Adrian confirmed and advise I would be credit back for the fuel, never happen. I bring a lot of business to this location.

The truck they gave me had over 110,000 miles. It shook on the highway and the brakes seemed a bit suspect! When I asked a question about aan appliance dolly vs furniture dolly the associate didn’t know the answer. I used furniture dolly and that didn’t work well. Not happy!

The location is great and the van we rented was immaculate and easy to drive, but the customer service individual needs lessons on what the "service" part of his job is. Without being actually unpleasant, he acted as if both the person before me and I were intruding on his awake time. Since his demeanor made it seem as if he was walking in his seep, that seems a good way of putting it.
