I read a few online Yelp reviews from the past few months and they where all negative, my experience was positive! I called last minute, phone was answered quickly, staff was very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating, I had a great experience with the staff at this location.

Unfortunately after I reserved online 5 days in advance they still messed up the size of the uhaul I had reserved with no notification or apologies for not having the one I had reserved. In future I will just go somewhere else to rent.

Very unorganized people, long wait to pick up the cargo van. very slow to process the paper work. ALSO the central reservation agent was very aggressive when i was reserving the van. she was trying to rent me a bigger van that what I needed. Not cool !

Supremely disappointed that a rental truck company didn’t have the size truck we needed, even though our reservation was confirmed in advanced. Paying extra for mileage because we had to make two trips in a smaller truck, despite reserving a larger size truck.

A not so small thing, but the radio didnt work and we didnt realize unti all loaded up. This made for a long drive, and should not have gone unnotticed. ALso, no one was there to help us get situated in the truck and go over the details of driving the rig. The tow-light was on the entire time (which presumably used extra fuel?) and would have been nice to spend 5 mintues with someone at the pick up location to go over basics. I asked at drop off about getting credit$ for the radio issue but was told i had to contact Uhaul directly. That feels like work on the customer end that should be the company's responsibility.

We only rented for under one hour and traveled 11 miles. The warning light came on telling us the left front tire needed air. Otherwise we had a good experience.

Performed The online check-in to save time; still took over 20 minutes when I got there. Trying to sell me on getting the insurance that I had already selected during the online check- in. The truck was not ready, gas tank on empty and told me I had to return it with at least a quarter of a tank, which was a quarter tank more than they gave me.

Send out an email, text, call or some kind of notification notifying customers of exactly which location their rentals are at. I booked a van online and set my preferred location as stoughton ma. I understand that location may not necessarily be the one my van would be at but I got no notice it was in norwood until I showed up in stoughton and asked for it.

Make sure trailer wiring is working. I had already loaded my truck and went back to pick up an auto transport. The brake lights and turn signals on the transport didn't work, apparently due to a fault in the wiring of the truck.

I did not receive good service here. The attendant was on his phone with a personal call and hardly even looked up at me to assist me. He simply pointed to a flyer that had instructions on how to download the Uhaul app. I then had to download the app and complete the checkout with no assistance when I was in a big hurry (as people often are when moving). Also, I was charged for a second day of equipment rental without my knowledge. When I asked why this had occurred, I was told that I need to read the fine print next time. I will definitely have moving needs in the future, but this interaction will very likely steer me away from using Uhaul ever again.

The person took so long providing me with the Van even though I received it over the phone. It took 20 minutes. The contract has different gas mileage and gas fuel. Please make sure you take a picture when you got the vehicle and talk to them and double check your contract. They double charged you when you check out.

More Staff, not enough help to take care of renters, line to long. My biggest problem with the service provided by u-haul is that I could not get the equipment at my local location. I gave them plenty of notice and they could not make it happen.

The vehicle did not drive as well as it should. I was charged for some coverage not requested and without my knowledge. I had to call twice to have it resolved. Advertising is very deceptive.
