Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulReimbursement for the extra amount of Gas that the customer added, especially when it was provided to them with only 1/8 of gas. I left it with almost a 1/2 of tank and still got charge $2.13 for going across the street from designated truck drop off.
Lynn PMaintenance on the trucks. Air low in tire. Gas tank empty
Jean GNo reason why it should take so long. Not only waiting in line but also getting the paperwork done. Get it together
Neda CIn ordered and paid for a trolley but was not in the van - this made my move today far harder than it should have been I’ve been impressed with U-Haul previously and the staff at this location were very helpful , but I did not get what I paid for today and so very disappointed
