The truck had clearly not been cleaned before pickup. For example when I swept the back there were several shards of broken glass and other garbage from the previous user. The floor of the cab was also sandy/muddy.

This was our best visit - much more efficient & friendly than years prior, both in phone calls setting the rental up and the actual pickup and return. I would like to see you switch the policy of renting a returning the vehicle with a full tank of gas. It seems the 3/4th’s policy is a scheme to get free gas from customers, as I’m sure there are many conscientious customers like myself who overshoot on how much gas it will take and end up returning the vehicle with more gas than was in it from the beginning. ??

The place was a mess. Apparently it was being rennovated. Very dirty. When we got there, there was a young woman on her phone, who said she didn't work there. The guy who did was nice, but only one working. Unfortunately, he wasn't very clean either. The equipment was fine.

Fix the heat that broke two weeks ago so your workers aren't freezing. Also invest in office equipment that works. The printer was broken and so ancient my contract had to be emailed to me. Please treat your workers better. The truck was great, and the service was great. Please invest more in your employees.

I had a terrible experience; called and reserved 4 days in advance, was told I could pick up at a specific location near my home. received a call the day before saying I had to pick up 45 minutes from my home, after more than an hour on the phone at your call center and speaking with a manager, location was moved to 30 minutes away. Got there King St Northampton, ma 2/17 early Saturday morning, no employee in sight walked through the building calling out, went outside and employee sitting in his car having a cigarette, then the computer was down had to wait over an hour to get the trailer, I'm reporting uhaul to the BBB You should be ashamed.:

My pick up location was changed on me the day before my move so I ended up paying for double the mileage and was told I couldn’t change the drop off location either.
