I rented the Van from Muncie to North Vernon and I used it be Highway through Indianapolis. I paid 200 plus for the rental only for me to see and extra 51 dollars charge on my account the next day claiming extra mileage. Meanwhile, they didn’t discuss anything like “mileage allowed” with me when I was picking it up. I called the drop off location, because they chanrged me the extra money, but the agent who answered was rude and told me to call 1800.UHALL to help me. Poor service! Not recommended

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWas not happy with having to pick up in N Vernon, I requested a Semour pick up and was not notified it was not available there until I showed up. This car see us to miss our appointment time since we had to drive an extra 1.5 hours round trip to get the trailer..
Ray PEasier access to the U-Haul easier.Customer service was treated with disrespect. And we'll be calling corporate
Zachary HNothing i would rate it five star already
Michael MExcellent customer service! Quick, had my paperwork ready. The trailer was easy to access they had me hooked up and out of there in 15 minutes.
