Friendly easy to deal with
PAUL CCustomer service was excellent. However, the overall cost as designed by the overseeing company is far too expensive. $19.95 rental for a day, yes, but .89 cents a kilometre is highway robbery. That's U-Haul's policy, not the local dealer. Costs need to come down.
