The air conditioner did not work on a day when it was 87 degrees. It was horrible! I made 3 calls the same day constantly being transferred, with trying to resolve the issue. My health is not the best, along with sinus problems which made things worse. I was told today I should heat back from Customer Abc regarding adjustment to my bill. The cargo van I rented online 2 days before I picked it up was not ready for my 9:00am pick up. This was the nastiest vehicle I've ever rented, the inside looked as if it haven't been wiped down since the van was purchased, the outside was so dirty like who knows when the last time it's been washed. The van had a flat tire with a screw in it the employee said they have been trying to get fixed for a week. I would not have rented the van if I really didn't have to have it at that time anything else was to big. I ended up getting the tire plugged myself which was an inconvenience and took a hour of my time. Employee service was great!!!!Demelious B.

Trailer had a hitching system that is very difficult to hook up. It requires vertical and horizontal placement to hit the ball. Most require only vertical placement.James D.

I rented a 10â€ truck 5/22/2021 using the 24/7 mobile complete waste of time/ money when I arrived to pickup my truck after locating the truck the password to access the lock box was invalid as well their was no key available for the vehicle I hired movers costing me $185 with no truck available after waiting hour and forty five minutes on the phone a cancellation of the reservation was refunded I requested my $185 be refunded I still await to hear back from U-Haul poor customer serviceFONDA LYNN D.

Need to hire more people in the morning. There's no way that only one employee is working the counter and bringing the trucks out. My reservation was delayed because of this. I was still charged when told I wouldn't because of the day this store was havingKAMERON P.
The uHaul app was troublesome and not easy to use. I got stuck on picking up because it wouldn't let me go back. On returning the truck, the app couldn't find my location and wouldn't advance to next screen. The staff at that location was great and processed the transaction.Melanie M.

This cargo van was very very nasty! From my understanding it had just came back in stock, which means to me, that it shouldn't have gone back out without the proper cleaning with the pandemic and all!! Probably wont use the particular site anymore and tell ppl not use it either! Just plan nasty! If workers have time on their hands, it should be used to clean, clean, and clean!ROBIN W.
