Felicia was absolutely great. Felicia was courteous, friendly, very informative, extremely well spoken, very knowledgable and thorough. This experience was on the phone. When I arrived at the pick up location I found Felicia to be the example that others should seek to replicate in being that impressive employee tbat seeks to ensure the satisfaction of customers. Felicia looked at me when speaking, paused before speaking, spoke clearly, allowed me to conclude my thought or point of view before beginning her response, expressed confidence, appeared well dressed for her job, was patient, took and made an extra effort for me and would have easily taken the extra second or extra minute to ensure clarity and understanding. I know customer service very, very well and some skills are simply not taught and instilled into today's employees like the old days or the past generation. Whether her people skills are a result of the method her family raised her, a teacher impressed upon her, exceptional training in her or for her current job, perhaps a religious impression to treat other as one wishes to be treated and/or perhaps this is dedication to her way of life and treating others, perhaps all of the above. Her patience, her time while interacting with customers, and her effort is to be commended. In concluding my thoughts in this review, I wish to express my gratitude to her and U-Haul for her customer service approach with me yesterday. Whether this is a result of her up-bringing, her education, her religious approach to life in general and/or her dedication to her work, I was so impressed that I find myself leaving a lengthy and timely submission in this review. Felicia is the example other's should seek to replicate in being that impressive employee that aims to ensure the satisfaction of customers. Never tbe less, approaching others in this fashion is what Martin Luther King Jr. was most certainly attempting to express to the world in his words of... judging others for the content of their character and the color of their skin. For the record, I am Hispanic and Felicia is African American. More important, we are both living and breathing human beings, with feelings and mutual respect. Costumer service the lady at the desk was not polite. She is not a good listener and wouldn't let me talk didn't explain how to hookup the trailer and told me to go to another location.

The staff knows the equipment extremely well. They were very friendly and courteous and had me on my way without delays or hassles. The manager understands how to be friendly and still keep the process moving forward. Excellent product knowledge. I enjoy great service like this.

The dolly for the car wasn't attached properly, when trying to load my car onto it, it flew up and caused damage to my car.

I was told to just leave the truck and she would take care of it after she finished whatever she was doing I said ok trusting that she would do her job currently but NO she input that I arrived at 10:24 but my drop off time was 9 AM so I got charged a full days rental when that was not the case now I may have been 5 to 10 minutes late but if you looked at my contract I actually did not pick up the truck till 9:40 AM this is very frustrating since I already had to rent 2 one-way U-Haul's because the size I needed was unavailable and to be charged for a whole day when in reality i kept it for 5 to 10 minutes over if she wanted to display great customer service she would have informed me of this charge and gave me the option of returning the truck on the next business day since I was going to be charged
