The trucks cab was dirty and the oil change indicator on.
My truck was VERY beat up n needed a lot of body work. Clean yes ran well but lots of body damage. 3 rd time at check in location services didn't work ??? My phone works it's a UHaul thing . I've used different services
Great service. We were in & out in no time.
Pay attention to the customer. Have someone ready to help the customer. Don't brush the customer off who have questions or concerns. At minimum make sure the windshield is clean to view out of. Very bad customer service. Not pleased at all.

Staff was very rude and not friendly. When asking questions Kimberly the staff member was not helpful and couldn't answer our questions. Truck that was rented was very dirty inside and outside. Soda was spilled all over it, food was on the floor as well. Worst U-Haul location and experience I have ever dealt with.
.79 cents a mile is a bit to much... Specially for just moving things in town. I rented a 10" truck for "$20" and drove 30 miles total and ended up paying over $50 with after refilling the gas....

The customer service rep was extremely courteous and patient. The transaction was smooth.
Was very disappointed about the state of cleanliness of the vehicle. The inside of the van was not clean, they could have at least wiped it down with a Clorox wipe. This is very disappointing during an epidemic. Also, not sure why I submit all of my information online and then have to do it again at the counter including submitting cc again.
I appreciated getting in & out not wasting a lot of time at the counter & checking back in was a breeze with the agent right there in the parking lot with the hand held computer. Told the agent to just email my receipt & I was on my way...
Uhaul has really gone downhill. Had a confirmation to pick up a trailer in Hugo Tx and the day of pickup I was told that they switched my pickup location to Paris Tx. What? Tried to change to a different location but they doubled the price. Eventually was able to pick one up in another totally different town the next day and everything eventually worked out but at a huge inconvenience to me. Trying to contact by phone to resolve issues is near impossible. Plan on being on hold for a minimum of 20 mins when trying to contact by phone.
Cool and easy online check in
The staff were great and professional, the only improvement would be to open another entrance/exit to the store. Craig rd is so congested it's some what af a safety issue. If you had a way on the side road.
I give this a 3-star not because of the location but Uhaul in general. I was disappointed that another location where I reserved the truck told me I could pay cash but not card after I had arrived there saying their system was down. No phone call giving me a heads up that was the case even though I had a reservation and they knew I was coming. With limited time to meet up with the movers, I rushed this location on craig. This location told me the same system issue was impacting them but they would at least take my card and had an alternate method of making the transaction without me having to pay $180 cash like the first location was requesting. I was grateful for this Craig location and their solid customer service. I can't say as much for the location on rancho unfortunately.
The customer service lady was unaware that a new system was in place and had me calling my bank and they told me they don't give confirmation codes and the girl kept insisting that her computer required a confirmation code from my bank. Finally, after 30 min. of all this back and forth the woman got the manager and he took one look at the screen and said, "that is a confirmation code you need to call our main office and get. So, finally everything went through and I was helped to my truck with the boxes. I drove home and started loading the truck and come to find out, the dolly I had been promised and had been charged for was not in the back of the truck. I tried 3 times to get ahold of the Uhaul facility I rented the truck from and stayed on hold 15 min. each call. I finally gave up, called the 800 number and they credited me the cost of the dolly and we borrowed one from a neighbor. Not real impressed with the Vegas shop. Drop off was great, no issues had me in and out in no time.
