The complimentary one month storage was nice, but unfortunately the description of the unit did not meet my expectations. I booked a storage space for a one bedroom apartment, yet the unit only fit half the items I had. I had to find storage elsewhere, making the arrival very stressful. Your employee tried to accommodate but it was late in the day when we got to Vegas.

Truck was old and had issues. Could not shut the back door. had to sit outside for 2 hours until someone bbn could hold latch down for me to close it. Was given incorrect information when I arranged the vehicle only calculated one way so expectation was incorrect. My truck was unavailable when I arrived so had to get a larger vehicle and had to pay the difference. Customer service was extremely rude.... both days I was there. Will never again use uhaul.

My stolen U haul was returned to this location. I have never been there. They called last week and said my belongings were being inventoried and i would get a call on Friday telling me what was in the truck. After not hearing from them, I called and got transferred to a call center in Phoenix. They could not help me. Asked me to call customer service. No responses anywhere. On hold for 30 minutes before I hung up.

Not Rent from Uhaul EVER Based upon the uncaring workers, insurance adjusters NOT responding to the stolen truck on 6/2/19 from the Fiesta Hotel and casino in Henderson, Nevada. We ae 71 years old and they stole our life when they took the 15' truck loaded with our lifes work. They even took our Pug dog's ashes and our fathers World War 2 veteran's buriel flag. NO ONE CARES at UHAUL. STAY AWAY PERIOD!!!!

The truck wasn't wiped down there was coffee all over the dash. Also the truck struggled uphill. There was a dead spot in the steering wheel column that caused you to over correct when trying to keep straight. I was highly dissatisfied with the truck but we made it.

Pay for 50 miles, use 43 , get charged an extra 15 dollars when they tell me I’ll get reimbursed! I even bought a 10 dollar roll of tape!!! Ridiculous nickel and dimeing people like that!!! I even put way extra gas for them!! Not happening ever again!!!!

Not happy with the return of a trailer process! Could have avoided a minor fender and bumper nick if I had not had to drive out of lane and around another parked U Haul vehicle! NOT GOOD!

Improve your customer service personnel and hold them accountable for how they speak to customers both at the call customer service center and at the store. Upon returning from a military deployment I went to perform a simple transaction, rent a vehicle to move a couch. After 35 minutes of the person writing my contract, learning how to use the system and inputting the wrong information I received the paperwork. I was briefed that the truck would be full of fuel and I would have a charge of $30.00 plus $5.00 if not returned back to the level. I check the mileage and fuel of the truck and found both to be off, the miles were 10 over but I didn’t care. The fuel was a little below 3/4, so approximately 3/8 missing, I made them awarded, had the employ sign and date my contract and he said “ok sir, I’ll take care of it”. 24 hours later I receive a final bill with pretty much double my calculated cost. I called seven (7) times and was always told the store would get a message to... fast forward four (4) days and I’ve gotten no phone call, so either they don’t care or they are incompetent. The female representative from the call center with call number 8 apparently was doing me a favor because she talked to me as if I was bothering her and again “left a message”, her name was Anisha, I don’t know if this is the right spelling because when I asked she hung up. This is not someone been a baby, I think I did my part by taking my business to U-haul and if you know me you would know I’m very respectful and professional when I talk with/to people. As a member of the US Air Force we are trained and groomed to be professional and respect EVERYONE! My contract number is/was 89793850 and the reference number I received the last time I called was 2233092. Now I’m told I have to wait 48 hrs for “upper management” to review and if approve my case would be looked at and it takes 3-5 days for the funds to be return!!! I was charged in 5 seconds after the contract was done, but must wait 5 days to get my funds back for a negligent act their employees/company did. This is the type of stuff that makes you question what you are fighting for when you go deployed. For a company with supposedly 15,000 locations nationwide, this is some CRAPPY (can’t use the actual word I want) customer service. If you are a military member save yourself a headache and DO NOT USE U-HAUL.

As for the general U Haul experience. More details be given to cleanliness. You charge a fee if a truck is returned dirty so make sure that windows are cleaned as we'll as the cab being acceptable to sit in.

I have used uhaul mutiple times. When they brought the vam out the tire pressure light was on so I talked to the mechanic about it before I took the van and they told me that was no problem that the sensor was broken. I then asked if they could put that in writing before I took the van. They refused and gave me a tone of attitude about it and kept saying "what dont you trust us" my problem is this, why would I take a rented van that has a issue with out getting it in writing about it? That's only smart to do. And no I dont trust them. They ended up giving me a different van in the end but was treated very poorly. I will never rent from this location again.

The overall experience was fine. I was able to easily pickup and drop off my rental truck. But the salesman Deonte wasn’t very friendly. He seemed very annoyed and was very “short” when responding to questions. He should try smiling every now and then when helping guest and maybe speaking with a little more enthusiasm in his tone.
