I told the rental lady three times I did not want insurance coverage or what you call "safe move." Yet i was still charged. I waited to pick up the equipment 20 minutes because she had to do the order twice. The first time she tried to charge me a $103. I disagreed then it was $65. I still felt that was high now I know its because I was charged for the insurance. That I denied multiple times. Then when I returned the truck the two girls working were like oh just give us the key we will return and email a receipt. I didnt want to just drop off the key I wanted to go through the rental. Also my original pickup location was not this place due to the last minute mechanical issues with my reserved truck at original reservations location.
