1st of all I requested a dolly and he said there was 1 in the back. That was a lie. Offered me insurance and I denied it, still charged me, and i placed fuel exactly where it was at and still charging me. Ohh and truck brakes were hireible, has engine light on and wouldn't stop beeping because of brake light was on. But brakes weren't on/active. Annoying and annoyed with this location.

The first issues were they said there wasn’t a card on file then I was double charged and my account was negative because of that the dolly wasn’t secured charged me for gas when I brought it back had more than what was in it. Just totally went wrong from the beginning thanks

My rental was not there when I got there. I literally sat in the office for over an hour trying to wait for someone to bring their truck back so that I can have the moving truck I had originally reserved. After about an hour and a half, a cargo van was returned, not the full truck that I reserved, and I had to use that instead because I absolutely needed to move that day. The manager did get that to me as a free rental, but I did not realize this at the time that you had a $50 reservation guarantee that despite being in the office for an hour and a half no one mentioned. Given that I realize this now, I feel like I was taking advantage of and that Uhaul did not honor its agreement with me. All this information could be easily verified by both my online reservation and by calling the rental office on Dorchester Road

You’ve over charged me and you really need to do something about that you have charged me over $800 and doesn’t add up to that in any way you figure it worst dealings I’ve ever had with u-haul need to communicate with people more often poor service

I tried to get to the store to turn in my trailer before closing time, but due to traffic, was 5 minutes late. There were still two employees in the office, but could not check the trailer back in. So I had to use the after hours online check in, setting up an account, taking pics, etc. I was not real happy with the fact that I explained my difficulty in getting there on time, and an exception be made. But the one employee was nice enough to help me unhook the trailer and make sure my online check in went thru. Otherwise, the event was fine.

Your reserving needs to improve I spent 3-4 hours trying to get a uhaul now my card has a $60 hold on it.

Make sure the paperwork is correct and all the employees are on the same page. I was changed for 2 days. When I only needed and had the truck for 8 hrs. Plus I was told I would be refunded for the mileage I ddnt use bt when I returned the truck. The employee on that shift told me. You don’t get a refund for that and I actually have a balance. I was already late for work from moving. So I really didn’t have time to go through the process. I’m still owed money and very upset. I’m going in that same location. To speak to someone else today because I’m very unsatisfied. I’ve used y’all a few times at different locations bt I WONT be returning back to this one. Sorry

The car dolly was in good shape with the exceptions of the strap ratchets, they were pretty dry and frozen. Just an idea, since the ratchets on the car dollys and car haulers sit out in the weather all the time when they come in and are inspected have the tech hit each side of the ratchets with a quick blast of spray lube, only take a second and they will last a lot longer and work better, we had a very hard time releasing the strap before we loaded

It took over an hour for me to get my rental truck. They had one guy checking in customers and getting trucks ready. Other guy was sitting outside doing nothing. It was the worst customer service I had ever experience and I would not ever go back to that location!!!

I rented a 27 foot truck. There were no furniture covers or a dolly in the truck! When I returned the truck I was told that the dolly and furniture covers only come in the 20 ft. Truck! I find that statement hard to believe. I had to go buy a dolly! I'm very dissatisfied.

Check out was perfect and everyone was perfect. Upon checking the vehicle back in I was greeted by some one not in a uniform. He let me know that he was new and did not have a shirt (never let anyone know you are new, automatically believe you don't know what you are doing). He fiddle with his phone pushing buttons i knew what the problem was that I was given the wrong vehicle. I finally let him know that if he needed anything else he could call me while he figuring out how to navigate the app on his phone.

The gravel lot has lots of deep dips (like pot holes). I turned the trailer in after hours, and it was difficult to see & avoid the dips. I've rented from this location several times, and the staff is always helpful and courteous.
