Make sure that my information is input correctly. Had to spend a whole other 10 minutes returning it so the guy could redo my whole application bc they put it under the wrong name. Then he made me go back out to the truck and take pictures of the mileage. Like that's not my job.

This location was not close to my house, but it was the only one that I could find a 10' truck. Because of the distance from my house, I used more miles than I was allowed. The location is on a very busy street and it wasn't easy to get in and out of. However, I was treated politely and the equipment was clean. The truck seemed to have been maintained well.
The truck was not safe to drive. Actually, very dangerous. I was charged for an appliance dolly and did not receive one.
We didn't ask for furniture padding, which was fine, we didn't need them. But they were covered in cat pee and smelled the whole truck up
The equipment was clean, the 26' truck needs an alignment. In order to drive straight, the wheel was cocked at about 45 degrees. The suspension/air ride was shot. Drove like a tank (but I'm assuming that's expected with a 26' truck with 163xxxK miles) End of the day, truck was drivable and did what I needed it to do.
Quick service and return procedure. Highly recommend!
I was charged for a dolly even though the guy said he didn't have any ( after I realized I didn't have one in the back of the truck)
It was really easy and the store clerk was very helpful. The truck was dirty in the cabin and ran really rough. But I still thought it was worth the money and the location was very convenient.
The online reservation was easy and effective but the online review of vehicle condition was not. Everything looked good from the outside but once in the drivers seat you could see the dirt and grime on the counsel and dash. The vehicle made loud grinding noise, similar to a power steering pump going bad. It needs service.
When driving the uhaul it shakes like the engine is coughing. When you got a certain speed the whole truck begins to shake. It took longer for the move because we could not travel the interstate because the truck would shake so much I was scared it was going to break down. When I tried to call the contact number I received no answer on several attempts

Passenger seat belt was not usable. Van should be washed and sanitized after every use.
So there is a hidden charge besides what you see on the invoice . I got 2 different charge one for invoice and other one from location! This is a highway robbery!
Uhaul rep over phone did not have initial reservation correct. I was then sent to another location area unsafe as someone was shot/murdered in area just a few hours before I got there. The Uhaul rep was late opening store (time change) so I was in turn late picking up items which caused me to return truck late for which I was charged an additional 39$ for. Truck was dirty and passenger seat belt did not work. I had my nephew in the truck with me. Aweful experience.
I will never use your services again and I'll be sure to let everybody now what an awful experience I had as well as how much money I was raped for!
He did not have the furniture pads, mattress bags, or tape that I had purchased and was guaranteed would be there. He was busy running his gas station business and had little time for me. U-Haul did nothing to make amends for the problems. I had to drive the rent truck to a different location to pick up the above mentioned items. Took over 2-1/2 hours combined to pick up the truck and extras.
The lady was very rude in getting me set up. I had pre ordered a 26 ft truck and a car transport as well as 2 hand dollies They didnt have but 1 dollie and no car transport. I told the lady I had pre ordered them and she told me it wasent her problem I could take what she had or not that it didn't matter to her. I had to have my wive and daughter drive from mobile alabama to Charleston South Carolina to bring my car home. I will never use Uhaul again if I can help it my phone number is 251 454 3064
The store rep was late. The truck I was assigned had no gas and the check engine light was on. The other truck I received had no dolly and I was still billed for it. The back also smelled like urine. Hopefully my furniture won't smell the same. I will never, ever do this again.
Representative said the gas tank was full, but was broken so it showed an empty tank. We drove the truck 17 miles and brought it back and he told us we needed to fill it back up. When we started pumping the gas, it took 19 gallons, so obviously it was not full when we picked it up. He made us pay him $28 for the gas. It was very dishonest of him and he was not polite at all. I will never use this location again. He also said he couldn't provide me a receipt, so I asked if I could take a picture of the receipt that was showing up on his computer. I had to step behind the counter and take a picture of it with my phone.
It was easy to rent and really fast to rent. I had a good experience. ????
The customer service was wonderful. Everything went smoothly.
Truck was not cleaned out; clothes and junk were left in the truck from previous renter; gas was empty and had to fill up before departing; paperwork and online pictures were not updated for exterior damages found on the truck, which prompted me to take pictures before departing; and i got mistakenly billed for returning the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas when the vendor claimed i was supposed to return it with 1/2 or 3/4 tank. I counter claimed that i took a picture of the empty gas tank per the online checkout list.
Last time i rented a truck, the tank had to be full upon return or there was a big fee i also remember they only get around 8 miles/gal This time the truck was only just under 1/2 tank, and since I had to take it an hour away, I filled the tank which cost me $77. A lot better trucks now, because the gauge barely moved so it was returned with just about a full tank.ni am not happy, not only do I feel that should be taken off of my bill, i was also charges $1.43 for goong over the mileage (which you knew where I started and where I ended up) Please have someone call me Also The unloading helpers I scheduled to unload the truck did not show up because one of them went to jail after getting pulled over on the way to the unloading site (2 and a 1/2 hours after they were already supposed to be there). They should be removed from your site and not allowed to advertise.The u-haul truck sat idle for 18 hours while I waited for another company to come on load my truck because I physically could not Dave (517)673-6767
