This was not the original location we reserved. It was changed by UHaul at the last minute. There is zero signage that this is an authorized UHaul location and is, in fact, a barbershop. As such, we drove past it at first and had to turn around, then we saw one UHaul truck in the parking lot and assumed it was ours. We went into the barbershop to ask if this was the truck we reserved and the person there said we had to call the UHaul number, he didn't know anything about the truck. We then spent over 30 minutes on the phone with a UHaul representative filling out all the online information. It would have been nice to know we had to go through this process beforehand so we could have been prepared with having the app downloaded, having an alternate contact available, etc. This is also a very unsafe part of Charleston, and I was scared the entire time being there. I would never suggest anyone go to this location for their own safety. The truck was dirty inside with empty bottles and a coffee cup. The gas was empty (with only 25 miles left).

I was just glad to have a space to return the trailer and a place near where my destination was.
AUSTIN BNOTE We did not drop off at OG Cutz. We dropped off at Fair's in Calhoun, GA and that process was smooth and excellent. The above rating is for Fairs, not OG cutz
Vicki FThere was no signage indicating that there was even a UHaul dealer in the shopping strip. I had to go into another business to find out where I should go. And the door was locked to the barbershop where I apparently was supposed to drop off…I was only given an address, not a business name. When the owner finally came to the door he was very nice but I was hesitant to give him the keys because there was absolutely nothing to confirm he was a dealer. I was grateful to get a confirmation text from UHaul that the truck had been successfully returned.
