We dropped off the vehicle 1 day sooner than we needed to and there was a couple there that wanted it right away , the young guy that took care of us was amazing we told him about it not being cleaned and everything was good . 4 hours later I received a call from the owner who was very rude , asked me why the vehicle wasn’t cleaned , when I tried to explain it to her she asked me if I read the insurance paperwork when I signed it about bringing the vehicle back clean , when I again tried to explain she got very aggressive and started yelling at me . I asked her if that was how she treated all of her customers and then told her that I would explain it to Uhaul myself when I called them on Monday . Hoping she didn’t charge my credit card for the cleaning would hate to have to try and fight for my money back .

There was no trailer available in the city of Saskatoon so I had to do an extra 3 hours of driving for pick up and return.

One of the trailer tires was very low on air and badly worn. I did not check the tires when I picked up the trailer but did prior to loading. I put air in the tire and decided to go with that tire despite the severe wear. It survived the trip but it shouldn't have been on the trailer.

The building was very clean. They were very accommodating with short notice. Had equipment we needed. Came out to truck to ensure we were confident in using the equipment.

We booked online, but there was a discrepancy between what we reserved online and what happened when we got to the retail. Online we were about to book the truck for 24 hours (3pm-3pm), but when we picked it up we were informed that it actually had to be returned by 9am the next day instead. Would have been nice for the retail to call us and let us know the situation ahead of time.

You can start by honoring your reservation system. I reserved a unit to be picked up in Saskatoon and paid the $50 reservation fee and even checked in online. I received an email guaranteeing the reservation. Enroute to Saskatoon from Red Deer I was called and told they did not have one. The closest one would be in North Battleford. This added an additional 2 hrs to my trip. The trailer was not clean however the attendant did offer to have it washed. Due to the time I declined.

I wish that North Battleford depo or location would have the 9' cargo van again because we only need it for a few items to be delivered here in town and the 10' truck is too big.

I am actually logging a complaint because I had a confirmation for a location in Saskatoon, where I lived at the time. No on today me the your reservation number means nothing. They told me on the day of the move, when I called, that I was to contact 1-800-Go uhaul. Well uhaul changed the reservation to North Battleford with no notification. So I had to use my gas to drive there and back plus gas for the truck to drive to Saskatoon in that truck I feel that I should be compensated as follows. Mileage and gas on my car to and from North Battleford and gas on the truck for the one way home plus the extra Kim’s that we needed to get from North Battleford to Saskatoon

Having never been there before, I wasn’t sure if the door I went in was the right one. Inside it wasn’t clear that this was the U-Haul drop, so I’d suggest more signage to make it obvious for out of town customers. Other than that, the owners/employees were very friendly and helpful, offered to assist in parking lot, smiles and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I contacted this location about my reservation, they had not received the booking from uhaul. I then contacted uhaul, I had not received an email stating my reservation was arranged the day before my pick up date, so the person on the chat line had to finish the booking for me and get it to N. Battleford for pick up. Talking to friends, this happens often. Not my first choice to rent from again.
