When we arrived at the location we were informed that they could not help any of us for about 20 minutes because their internet was down. We could have driven to another U-Haul location but that would have added more mileage on the U-Haul that we would have had to pay for. We chose to wait. The gentleman helping us was not apologetic that we had to wait and on top of it he was extremely rude and snarky to every customer. We were also not informed that we would need another form of ID such as a passport so he called 4 of my contacts on a Saturday morning until someone answered just to confirm that they knew me. This happened to the guy that was in line in front of us as well. By the time I left the Attleboro location I couldn’t feel my toes because it was freezing in the building. The Wareham location was completely different. The woman helping us was extremely helpful and clearly cares about a good customer experience.

Truck was in horrible condition. Left side mirror would not stay in place. Had to roll down Window and hold it in place when making any left turn. It was a super bumpy ride. Window weather strip leaks cold air into cabin.Rear tire has a large chunk missing. This location clearly does not properly inspect there equipment. Not a happy customer.

Check in was fast and convenient. Your associate was a pleasure to work with. I would rather have a van with automatic mirrors. Very difficult to adjust when stopped and impossible while driving. Also electronic key to lock and unlock doors would also be preferred.

The van was very dirty . The windows and side mirrors were filthy. Had to ask attendant to come out and clean them, before driving off.

The wrong truck was reserved. It was corrected with a chat person online. When I went to pick it up, the employee gave me a hard time about my aunt paying for it with her credit card. I already spoke to two other employees who assured me that it would be ok for my aunt to pay with her card over the phone. Ultimately, he allowed me to do it, otherwise, I would, not have been able to take the truck.

When a customer places an order and requests the 24/7 pick up option. I would make sure a key is actually left for them. Also when it is 15 degrees out and the customer has been waiting outside for 45 minutes because of your mess up you may want to let them in when they tell you they have been waiting for you and are freezing.

I told the girl not to charge my card charged my card overdrafted my card charged me too much and I have to fight to get my money back not good I use this company all the time I've never usually had too many issues with it but this last time I will never use U-Haul again ever

I signed up for the expedited checkout, but ended up standing in line waiting for 15 mins and the checkout took as long as any previous checkout with U-Haul. In addition, the vehicle was not clean - the steering wheel was sticky and the floor was covered with sticky residue from a spill by the previous renter

You pulled a bait and switch, and after talking to friends I hear it happens all the time. I was signed up for Mansfield. Two day before my move I was told there would not be a truck available in Mansfield and I would have to go elsewhere. It's very stressful to be in the middle of a move and have this happen. Not acceptable!

Location was suppose to open at 7am- my reservation was for 7am- manager of store never arrived u til 7:35- which delayed my move. I had to call the next the Attleboro location spoke to a associate by the name of Silvia who was fabulous called the manager who stated he was in traffic. My husband and I looked at the traffic app and there was no traffic in a 45 miles radius. She then transferred me to the manger for the North Attleboro locations cell phone who ended up hanging up on me when I told him I’d checked the app and there was no traffic. I then call corporate spoke with steven who stated there were no other tucks in the area available. I will never rent from a uhaul again. I will ensure everyone hears of my horrible experience. I did a yelp review also.

The utility dolly didn't work well. Thankfully our movers brought one. I was also told when I called earlier in the week to schedule it for a longer rental, that it was a 24 hour rental and I should just let them know when I picked up the truck in the morning how long I would need it. When I picked up the truck, I was told they would only give me 2 extra hours and that the truck was going to be re-rented today.. We were up against the clock all day to get our move done which we did. When I returned the truck, there were multiple other trucks available to rent and it didn't look like it was going to be rented again today. Grumpy customer service this morning. I would likely find another place if I had to rent again.

Checking person was very efficient. Lacked the personal touch. Truck- the front end was terrible ( not safe ) I went over a dip in the road, doing 40 MPH, and was litterally floating in the air secured by my hands on the steering wheel. In general the wheel moved a lot to keep the truck straight.
