I looked at the fuel gauge upon leaving the U -Haul facility in North Attleboro and made a visual note of the gauge. I fueled up in Warwick before returning the vehicle to the Oakland Beach ave. Location and I topped it off. I looked at the fuel gauge and saw the level displayed was buried as opposed to the level when I picked the truck up ! . With that being said, I'm sure the vehicle was not full when I picked it up and spent more of my own money to top it off because it was " Not " when I picked it up. I'm renting again on Saturday 3/28 and will take a photo of the fuel gauge before departing and will put only enough fuel in to match that amount !!

I did the online check in and it didn't help, i had to do it again when i got there. The broken side light was not documented on pickup but the return guy didn't mind. Overall very good experience and i would do it again the same way. Thanks

Very very bad customer service got they was bad talk your company your computer was not work they stated waited 45 50 mins to get check out still do not do the paperwork work right I was on the highway they are calling me for my license again try to tell them I am the highway did not want to hear nothing very bad got to Middletown ct to drop off the trailer they gave me a hard will not take the trailer I had to make 5 phone calls waited there 2 hours not a very nice experience I should of not had to pay for this rental when people tell me there a a bad experience now I know what there are talking about at the end I got one nice young lady the help me out she was a sweetheart in my book we need more people like her Middletown ct location need better people at the store I seen a lot wrong things done when I was they for 2 hour the way the customers was getting treated the lady at the working there was making the customers run around looking for the truck not go out side to help them I help 2 people myself they ask me did I work here also could not answer people question the right way never seen nothing like this in a uhaul place before something needs to get done at the ma &Middletown ct location soon please i hope someone look into this thanks

I reserved a trailer. The back light didn't work on the trailer. He changed it out twice and it still didn't work. He didn't have any other trailers for me to rent. He sent me to North Attleboro to get another trailer and they only had larger ones. I was not too pleased to have to take a larger trailer but was in the need so I did. I was told I would not be charged for the larger one. Well, I was. I called, sent two emails to the GM address on the receipt to ask for the difference to be refunded. I then chatted up a rep on the Uhaul site who claimed someone would be in touch with me within 72 hours to assist with this issue. Instead, about 48 hours later I got an email stating I was refunded the difference. No call. No email reply. No sorry. Just a receipt. So unprofessional all around.

The truck had a dolly and a bag of covers which took up space in the back, and we couldn’t use them unless we wanted to pay. UHaul should only be putting those in trucks if requested/ordered. Also, the truck we got had a horrible transmission. When you initially accelerate, it jumps, and on hills the braking system was terrible. This happened both with cargo in the back and without, so it definitely wasn’t the load causing this. Those were two minor experiences that can be improved, but overall I am satisfied with Uhaul since the customer service was great every time, I was made aware of what to verify on the truck, and it fit everything in one trip which was huge. I would definitely go back to this Uhaul, just maybe would check a couple of things next time before leaving the lot.

The truck I reserved went to the shop and I was told the night before. This was a rental being taken out of state and I was told I could not with the smaller size truck. So I had to take a 15’ truck when I originally wanted 20’. Waited for it to be cleaned. Just yesterday I was contacted it was not returned. It was returned with a full tank of gas and it should have only been 1/4. We said we would return to Brooklyn CT and somehow they were looking for it in Columbia. Apparently it has been found. A mess though

Good experience overall. My main concern is that I requested furniture pads when placing my online order. When I picked-up the truck the associate told me the pads were in the back and to open them if I needed to use them. However, there were no furniture pads whatsoever in the back of the truck. I assumed after ordering them online and having confirmation from the associate upon pickup that I’d be all set. Come to find out I was left without any furniture pads for my move. So my request failed twice.

Upon returning my rental the employee requested I back up the trailer into a very difficult position. Meanwhile the trailer dolly was in the spot he was requesting I back the trailer into. He was obnoxiously persistent in trying to drive my truck to back up the trailer. After I informed him I did not wish for him to drive my truck (it's a current model year truck that still I owe $$ on) he immediately went silent and extremely passive aggressive, proceeded to remove the the trailer then push the trailer across the ground while the hitch assembly is scraping the ground. The trailer was probably less the 10 feet from where he asked. Honestly just not the best experience I've had with uhaul.
